I really like doing business with the postal service for the most part, however, their customer service side has a lot left to be desired. I am to understand that they are losing money, however, when I put a priority package in my mailbox and instead of the postal carrier picking it up, they ignore and just deliver the mail. HOW DO YOU IGNORE 2 OUTGOING PACKAGES. This is how the postal service gets money correct, by us mailing packages. It is very frustrating and in all seriousness if you want to keep getting business than don't ignore your customers.
