Purchase a new 2017 xc90 and had vehicle in shop numerous times within the first few months. I requested Volvo to buy back the car however the offered me $1,300 in compensation. Smithtown Volvo service department and loaner cars suck!!!! There loaner cars are used vehicles with over 100,000 miles in them. We even had one with a check engine light on. Bad business when you spend a lot of money.

From the minute I walked into the dealership I knew that this was the right place to get my new Kia Sedona. The staff was friendly and helpful. Lenny, the manager, and I connected very quickly as he raises guide dogs for special needs families and I myself have a special needs family. Anyone who can raise an animal knowing that they are not going to keep it and have it go to a special needs family deserves my business. Adam (the salesman) was one of the sweetest men I have ever met. Even with a hurt foot, it didn't stop him from giving me the best service he could. Greg did everything he could to make sure I got the exact car I wanted (I was very specific in my requests). I highly recommend this dealership for many reasons. Thank you so much Smithtown Kia. My new Sedona is amazing!

recently purchased a car from Smithtown Volvo. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything went smoothly unlike other dealerships where they surprise you on delivery with hidden fees and rate changes. I would recommend them to anyone who is in need of a car and does not want any surprises

We had the best experience with Smithtown Nissan. Our salesman, John Cerruto was amazing!!! So patient and was extremely helpful. We were looking for the Quest in white. It is very hard to find but John did not give up until he found it. Even though we live in Massapequa (close to Massapequa Nissan), it was worth the trip. We will only work with John in the future. He was HONEST and didn't give us the runaround.

I based my decision to purchase a new Nissan at Smithtown Nissan by reading dealer rater reviews. After concluding my purchase I felt compelled to leave my own review here as well. I have to say i was quite surprised as to the ease of my transaction. From the moment I walked into the store I was treated with the utmost respect, almost like family. I felt that my sales representative John Cerruto truly listened to my wants and needs. Not only did they have exactly what I was looking for, I was enlightened to features that would also truly benefit my kids and elderly grandmother. My financing went through without a hitch and to my surprise i was offered two years of maintenance free. Free! I didnt even ask for it. All in all, I absolutely LOVE my new Nissan! The staff was great and the gentleman in finance, some guy with glasses, Brian maybe? Well he was a great help to me because he was able to get me financed, even though my credit is less then perfect. And he did so at an affordable payment. If you are searching for a clean hassle free pleasant transaction, It is my personal opinion that this is the place to do it. I will be recommending all my friends and family here!

I'm not quite sure what Jessie's problem is at this dealership but his business practices are extremely shady. He has strung me along for months on the repair of my car and when I call him to check on ordered parts he practically lauphs at me. He is beyond rude and totally unprofessional in every single way. He NEVER returns calls and he speaks to me as if he is holier than thou because he has complete control over my car repair and I am at his mercy. Whenever I do manage to speak to him he says...the part will be here next week....oh I ordered the wrong part....and so on and so on. Well no more. I will announce to every single person i see and post on every single complaint site I can find so that everyone knows NOT to deal with this obnoxious human being. Its really too bad because the rest of the dealership has wonderful professional people working for them. If my car is not repaired to my satisfaction by the end of this week I will be taking this company to small claims court.
