Great selection but the employees are overbearing. I was approached by 3 people during my visit. Anything you order that is not on display is a "special order." I waited 2 months for my furniture. Out of 3 pieces I had to return 3 for repair at the store. The repair department was unapologetic. I also had issues with the delivery men being rude. There are many furniture stores, I would recommend going somewhere else!

Deb was a terrific sales person. Not in the traditional sales way but with good advice when asked and very knowledgable information.As a result I found the items that I was looking for and I am happy with my shopping experience at Hennen's. I am happy to drive from the Cities to Hennen's to find quality furniture and really good customer service.Thanks Deb & Hennen's Furniture

great selection and quality american made furniture, great knowledgeable sales staff and not pushy. As for the extended warranty, they are all 3rd party and not worth a crap, just buy quality items and take care of them, also check the warranty through the manufacturer, we went with a USA company with lifetime warranty, no need for 3rd party extended.
