That the office staff is rude, irresponsible, lazy and unprofessional. If you are going to talk about patients, do it behind closed doors, not with other patients standing around. If you say you are going to send the prescription over to the pharmacy, do it -don't lie; or tell me it won't be until later so i'm not waiting for nothing. If an authorized person is requesting information, don't make them wait 3 weeks to deliver it, if you didn't complete it as thoroughly as you should have send over what you have and work on the rest. I thought my doctor was great, until I realized the inconsistancy of note taking on my chart. If you are going to monitor my treatment and request specific tests, make sure your notes are thorough. So sad it had to come to this, but I need a new physician and staff.

I have been a patient of Dr Aframs for about 10 years and a would not trust anyone else to take care of my health needs. He is not only a great Doctor he is a very nice person. With a very professional and efficient staff I never had to wait more than 10 min in his waiting room and can always get an appointment within a few days. I feel in great hands as George Afram as my doctor.

I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR IF YOU ARE SEARCHING FOR A NEW DOCTOR. He is very patient with discussing my care and concerns and does NOT RUSH you along to get to the next patient. The waiting room time is less than 10 minutes on EVERY of my 12 + visits. You will not regret going to this doctor.

Before that, however, the American Academy of Pediatrics suggests parents arrange visits according to the following schedule:
  • 2 to 5 days old
  • 1 month old
  • 4 months old
  • 6 months old
  • 9 months old
  • 12 months old
  • 15 months old
  • 24 months old (2 years)
  • 30 months old (2.5 years)
No, parents should call 911, an emergency physician, or a pediatric emergency physician if a child suffers an acute illness or injuries. Doctors in these fields are more qualified than pediatricians to handle emergency situations.
A well-visit is a routine visit with a pediatrician to track a child's development, discuss medical or emotional concerns, and receive immunizations and medical advice.
Yes, pediatricians provide immunizations for infants and children up through 21 years.
