I have only had one service that I truly loved at this spa and that was the facial by Honesty. Other than that, my massage that I had a couple of years ago did nothing for me. It was not a deep tissue massage as I had paid for. I was very uncomfortable and afterwards felt no release of tension. Recently on December 17th, I had a pedicure. It was for the most expensive pedicure that they have and I took my aunt with me. I didn't want to ruin my aunt's experience because the lady that gave her a pedicure was doing all that she could to give her the full experience, her name was Lisa. However, on the other hand, my person rushed through my entire pedicure. She did not massage my feet and legs as Lisa had done with my aunt. Also, when the mask was being applied to my feet and legs, all she did was but a thin coat of the mask on my feet and put the plastic bags on them for a short period of time. When my toes were polished, I felt like they were being polished by my 8 year old nieces. When she got up and left, Lisa came in to try to finish up the job by putting extra products on my feet to help my toes dry and shine. I was totally unsatisfied with my experience. I expected so much more. My services were pre-paid by my boss because he wanted me to be pampered. I had to call him to request that he never sends me a gift card to this place ever again.
