Aspen Dental
I have been a aspen dental customer since 2015. Originally I was with the Midland office, then I changed to the Saginaw office since it’s close to my work. I have been bearing with them since it’s so close to work even I have to wait a long long time each time and most of the staff members are poker faces, until today they screwed up my appointment and I cannot be with them anymore. I received a text massage last Wednesday to confirm my appointment, and I replied with confirming, and received “Thank you for confirming”. But this morning, they told me they don’t have my appointment in their system. Looks like the text message confirmation system is totally a joke. Then I asked about the money left in my account since I’m thinking about dumping them. I payed for a fluoride treatment in March but did not use that since I was pregnant that time, and was thinking about using it this appointment, but they told me I did not pay anything last time. Excuse me, I still have the receipt, just don’t have it with me today. Anyways, don’t want to spend more time arguing with them, totally done with them, and will tell my friends and colleagues to stay away with them!

Liza E Dominguez DMD, MS
I have been a patient of Dr Dominguez for over a year now. I am very happy with their service. The staff are easy to talk to and very helpful. They genuinely care. Dr Dominguez is very good at what she does. She has a nice manner but she will be honest with you about what needs to be done. I appreciate that in a health care professional.

Dental Dreams
This place is unprofessional, all the way from their procedures , to their staff that lack people skills & make appointments that you have to wait for 2 hours before you get in. There is not one positive thing I can say about this place. It is a shame the state of MI. spends our tax money on sub-contractors like Dental Dreams. They should be black balled from operating in this state.

Everyone here is great. They are friendly and very caring towards their patients. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dentist.
Tips & Advices
  • If a tooth decays and the nerves or pulp (soft internal tissue which helps teeth develop) become inflamed or infected
  • If a tooth is cracked or broken and nerves are exposed
This generally depends on any specific issues you wish to address with your teeth. There are toothpastes designed to whiten teeth, fight cavities, decrease sensitivity, prevent bad breath, resist gingivitis, and those specific to children (with lower fluoride content). There are also toothpastes that offer “complete” protection by combining aspects of many of the above toothpastes.
It’s recommended to get a professional cleaning at least two times per year.
  • Desensitizing toothpaste numbs the nerves in the teeth that can cause discomfort.
  • Mouth guard can protect against grinding teeth during sleep.
  • Fluoride treatment can be applied by dentists to sensitive areas to numb teeth and strengthen enamel.
  • Root canal can treat problems in a tooth’s core.
  • Surgical gum graft where a piece of gum tissue is removed from a section of the mouth to cover an exposed root.
Not everyone needs to have their wisdom teeth removed, but there are certain signs that can help you and your doctor determine if yours should be:
  • Wisdom teeth are pushing other teeth around, causing pain and misalignment
  • Cysts form around newly emerged wisdom teeth, causing jaw damage
  • Gums get inflamed and swollen, causing cavities and pain
  • Doctor determine from x-rays that wisdom teeth will cause problems in the near future
