Recently purchased a 38' boat in Bay City, MI. Upon returning to Texas, I learned that my new boat must be "hot water" pressure washed prior to the hauler picking it up for transport to Texas. Having called many, many pressure washing outfits in the area, I contacted a business that did perform the service and at a reasonable rate, but could not perform the service anytime during the 24-48 hours I had to get the cleaning done. This initial business said that they would contact another outfit they knew had the equipment and would see if they were available. They were and SPARKLE PRO-CLEAN WAS AMAZING at getting the job done within 24 hours. They prepared all the necessary documentation needed by the transport hauler before he could leave Michigan. The service tech, Jason, call the morning of when he arrived at the boat yard. The owner Bill assured me everything would be done correctly and at the price the first outfit had said was reasonable; which it was. The Office Manager, Laurie was so friendly and helpful and put me at ease from the very beginning. Doing business with Sparkle Pro-clean, even long distance, was a great pleasure. If I lived closer, I would not hesitate to use them again and again! Job well done!!!

I recently had Stanley steamer clean my carpets and furniture. I was not really pleased with the results after the 2 men left. I called customer service, and the manager was incredibly helpful. He told me they would be over the next morning, to take care of the problem. I opened the door to Find the manager and 3 other men with their equipment! They looked at the problem spots I complained about, and went right to work....even hands and knees scrubbing!!! I am very happy now, my carpet and furniture look fantastic, and everyone I dealt with...Alisha , Robert, and the others including the first 2 that came, were so nice, professional, and very pleasant. I am very happy with this company, and would recommend them to my friends. Their customer service is extraordinary!.

I just had Angelo clean our carpets, and WOW!, was I impressed (and I'm not easily wowed). He went above and beyond what would normally be expected to get some very nasty stains out of our 25-year-old carpet that other techs had given up on. It actually looks new again. I consider him to be one of those dying breed of workers--he doesn't give up until the job is done right. Extremely rare these days. Not only was he an excellent worker, he was very respectful toward my husband and myself (another rarity). Stanley Steemer of Saginaw, you better hang on to this technician, treat him right, and pay a decent wage to keep him around a good long time. I want to be able to call on him to clean our carpet for years to come. Thanks Angelo--you're the best!

Fri July 31 I had Adam & Bobby come from Stanley streamer to clean the vents they were very nice . I had just refinished my wood floors and was concerned about scratches they were great taking great care. They showed me pics as they took them of before and afternoon What a difference. Thank You.
