  • Overall I was very pleased

    I brought in my two dogs today and I'm very pleased with how they look. Their coats are super shiny, they smell great and once we got home they showed no signs of being stressed. Although my dogs have been to Amy's before this was my first experience personally taking them there. My only complaint was the woman at the front desk. She wasn't exactly welcoming and was quite robotic. Also when I asked her questions she always had a blank look and then would say - 'Uhhh, let me ask Amy". She then proceeds to fill out a new client form although my dogs have already been here before. She then asks me for my phone number and I give it to her and say that's my only contact number. As if she wasn't paying attention at all she then says - "Ok, now I need a second phone- cell or work" The rest of the staff was great and I am super pleased with their grooming services. I just recommend that front desk person gains more knowledge, attention to detail along with becoming more personable to the clientele. First impressions are important.

    I love this place everyone is very nice especially Amy everytime I go there I tell her what I would like for my dog and she does it. It's hard to get appointments sometime that's the only thing but I could understand why. I been two others groomers and she the clean & kind. she has good hours. I would recommend lot people to her. keep up the great job lady's your all great. Have a Great Summer.

    the lady never takes care of her dogs she has 5 dog and they are alway matted the people at the royal treatment loves dog and would never hurt them!!!! accidents happen learn to take care of your dogs. you should not have so many dogs if you could not take care of them. this place is great i will always bring my dog to amys royal treatment.


    I have to agree with the last review. Amy is one of the best groomers I have ever met. I have been bringing my dog there for years and she is the only one who can touch my dog. He is a difficult dog to groom and other salons wouldn't work on him but Amy just has a special way with dogs. She is kind, gentle and does the best job in grooming dogs. I know my vet recommends her so I wouldn't hesitate to bring my dog there. I don't know who wrote that bad review but it shocks me because I think Amy runs a top notch dog grooming salon. Give it a try and see for yourself.

  • This Salon is the BEST!!!

    I totally disagree with the former review. I think that Amy has brought a new dimension to dog grooming. Her place is so clean and it's a pleasure to bring my dog there. You can see that she genuinely cares about the dogs she works on. I know for a fact that many vets in the area recommend her and I can see why. The dogs are given 1st rate care all the time. It is always possible for a dog to get injured in the process. They are, after all, working on a moving animal and that has got to be VERY difficult. I have been bringing my dogs there for many years and would trust them with utter confidence - they are the best!


    I have been a long time customer of this place until the current owner took over. One of my dogs came back with a very large nick on her throat which lead to an infection, and the other had a nick on her ear. NEVER AGAIN!!!

    I am so upset in reading this review. We are so very careful with every dog that comes into our shop to do the very best grooming we can. I am so sorry that you think your dog was injured. I sincerely wish you had brought this injury to our attention. I take great pride in the work I do and it saddens me to think that a dog may have been hurt in any way.     I have been taking my dog to this salon for sometime but now that Amy's has taken over it's even better. The previous owner was nasty at times, but Amy is ALWAYS sweet and accommodating. They do the best work ever.
