Lil Pumpkins Infant & Childca
As a parent, you are faced with the challenge of ensuring that you are providing your child with nurture, love, educational experiences and an overall enriching exposure to the world. I, just as every parent out there, strive to give my child only the best. While this ongoing task can be extremely daunting, I know without a doubt that the care my daughter receives from the Lil Pumpkins daycare is nothing but outstanding. I have had my daughter enrolled in this program for almost two years and have been nothing but grateful to have found such a caring person to watch over my child. I have been so impressed with this provider’s care, level of energy, creativity and overall motivation to enrich the lives of the families she works for. My daughter has gained many skills since her time at Lil Pumpkins. She has developed a wonderful vocabulary, knowledge of shapes, songs, colors, etc., as well as a great sense of humor that comes from the playful atmosphere that this daycare provider offers. In addition to providing my child with a wonderful "home away from home", I, as a parent, have always felt welcomed in this facility. Upon drop off and pick up, I often manage to stay for a few extra minutes to simply observe my daughter and the other children at play. Because of my profession, as a school psychologist, I tend to have a critical eye and high standard for best practices in working with children. I tend to use this time to assure myself that my daughter is indeed under great care. During these times, I have observed the provider engage whole heartedly in play activities (which often include ambitious art projects, cooking time, etc.), facilitate social play between the children that I feel is critical in their development, as well as use behavioral consequences and strategies that I often recommend to the staff and faculty with whom I work with at my elementary school sites. Lil Pumpkins is, in my opinion, a stellar daycare facility. I feel it is important to note that my daughter’s enrollment at Lil Pumpkins did overlap with that of the individuals who offered the previous review. I would like to stress that my experience during their time of dissatisfaction was greatly different. I have and continue to feel lucky to have found this provider and to have been accepted into her extended family. I find the story of the family below/above so unfortunate, and had I not had such a varying experience, I would have pulled my child immediately. I am tempted to say that the review offered may reflect the quality of the personal relationship between provider and family and not the actual care that the child received. For all parents reading these reviews, please know that even after reading what I have, I would still recommend Lil Pumpkins Daycare with full confidence. As a mom, I have felt proud knowing that I have put my daughter in such loving, nurturing and enriching environment. My mind is always at ease when my sweet girl is under her care. ~ A loving parent

DOT Tot Child Care Center
I have had my daughter in Dot Tot since May 2012. I found Dot Tot at a time that I desperately needed care and I was lucky enough to secure enrollment right away. I was a first time Mommy who was VERY nervous about leaving my 9 month old daughter at a day care center but Dot Tot made me feel at ease. The director gave me and my Mom a tour of the center and answered any questions I had. I was encouraged to come back with my daughter as many times as I wanted prior to enrolling so I could observe her in the classroom. Dot Tot has an open door policy and parents are welcome to drop in at any time. Dot Tot provides diapers, wipes, breakfast, lunch and two snacks. They also provide milk, juice and water. The meals are cooked on site in the kitchen and the monthly menus are available so that you know what your child is eating on a daily basis. There is a low turnover rate with staffing and many of the teachers have been with Dot Tot for 15+ years. This is great because the kids get a chance to get to know their teachers really well and the teachers get to watch the kids grow. The teachers are all so kind to the children and my daughter gets plenty of love and attention everyday at Dot Tot. She is now 2 and loves coming to the center to play with her friends.

Adeela Ansari MD, Inc
She is by far, without a doubt, the most intelligent, caring, honest, respectable physician, in which we, my husband & I., have had the pleasure of meeting. SHE is the physician that you MUST see if you are in need of an endocrinologist. My husband sees her for endocrine issues (hormones). He was being treated by his PCP, which was so WRECKLESS on the part of his primary care physician. A piece of advice, NEVER let your PCP handle any issues with your Hormones (Testosterone, Thyroid, FSH, TSH, ect ., so on & so forth..) because they simply are NOT equipt to treat, nor manage, the complex & intercrut system of 'Endocrinology'. Leave that up to a SPECIALIST! And if you're looking for the absolute BEST endocrinologist... we highly recommend Dr. ansari! The physicians Assistant, (NP, Nurse Practitioner) is just as amazing as Dr. ansari. These two women know their $h¡t. They're highly educated, very knowledgeable, &have a bedside manor that is hard to find. . If you're looking for an endocrinologist., I can assure you that Dr. Ansari, & her wonderful team, will meet, & exceed all your expectations & standards. 10/10.

I would recomend any one who has had their hormone levels or diabetes questioned by General Doctors.Dr Ansari is a specialist in her field and will handle you with a great bed side manner. Most men do not realize their testerone levels drop as they get older and how easy it is to get a blood test and the products on the market that will help you to ballance your bodily functions that no longer dictate intrusive or painfull proceedures. Dr. Ansari is very sensitive yet makes sure you understand how important knowing what is actually trigering unwanted symptoms and how to obtain answers and possible remedies. Best discribed as Gental but Firm and very informativee so it is wise to keep an open mind as she will not try to engage you into any treatment without blood or lab work and then it is always up to you. One of the few Doctors I have met with an Angelic approach to very hard Q and A’s on the path to ballance. I trust her more than any other Doctor I have been to and I have been to many.

Lil Pumpkins Infant & Childca
I am the owner of Li'l Pumpkin's.In response to Sean,I didn't eject his son from my child care. He gave a 30day notice, which I accepted. During the last 30 days his son was here Sean and I spoke on many different occasions about his son’s behavior, and even before his notice was given. In return he said, he, his wife, and his mother had the same issues at home. I felt that nothing was being done, and I was given no help in the matter. I made the choice to let him go 2 days early for the safety of the other children. Jackson was never treated differently because of a 30day notice. I was never led to believe he had concerns either.I worked with him and his wife on many occasions regarding different issues and sometimes we may not have agreed, but that does not make either of us a bad person. I cared for their child like he was my own and any other child I've had the privilege of having attend my child care. I wish him and his family nothing but the best!

Neubuerger Christopher O MD
I had back paid for over 10 years, I had series of epidural injections for pain and for a pinched sciatica which caused numbness and constant debilitating pain. I worked and traveled with this for years. Then I was referred to dr. Neuberger... What a life saver he was. I had my pinched nerve canal cleaned out, a new disc made, my vertebrae lL4&5 straightened and two bars and 4 screws put in place to hold it all together. The surgery took 5-6 hrs. Recovery wasn't pleasant for the first 10 days, but then I stared walking and getting moving and with in month I was feeling so much better I could not believe what has happened. Now a year and a half later, I work out 3-4 times a week have lost 65 lbs and feel great. I am62 years old and am going to start snow skiing again after 15 years of being in constant pain.Dr. Neuberger is the BEST in Sacramento...

He has been my daughters neurologist for 8 years . He is the kindest most knowledgeable Dr around . He talks to his patients at their level and addresses them before he addresses the parents . Makes my daughter feel at ease and comfortable that he deals directly with her first before even talking to us . If I could give him more than five stars I would! Amazing Dr and kindest man around . Staff is amazing as well . So kind and helpful.

Satterfield Denise MD FAAP
After my 8 year old's eye crossed twice, and MRI and CAT scan all came back negative, it was time for surgery. My husband took my son to all his appointments and loved Dr. Satterfield. She was knowledgeable, understanding, and professional. We definitely trusted her with our son's surgery. For lack of better terms, she would need to "tighten the eye muscle" in both eyes. The surgery and scheduling went smooth and my son is doing great!
Tips & Advices
This depends on the facility. Patients should call to find out if they'll need a referral from their physician prior to making an appointment.
Aside from hyperbaric oxygen treatment, most wound care centers offer:
  • Debridement: The removal of dead skin and tissue surrounding the wound. This can be done surgically, using a whirlpool bath, syringes, enzymes that dissolve the tissue, or wet dressings that dry on the wound and absorb the dead tissue.
  • Dressing: Wrapping the wound in a protective film, gauze, gel, or foam.
  • Compression stockings: Tight-fitted fabric sheaths that encourage blood flow.
  • Artificial skin: A covering that is applied to the wound for several days as it heals.
  • Ultrasound: The use of sound waves to promote healing.
  • Growth factor therapy: The use of materials naturally produced by the body to encourage quick cell growth.
  • Negative pressure therapy: Creating a vacuum around a wound to encourage faster blood flow to the area.
Depending on where the treatment is administered, hyperbaric oxygen treatment  can cost $100- $1,000. After insurance is applied, patients may have a copay of $10 -$50 or a coinsurance fee of 10 percent to 50 percent.
Most wounds should heal within two to six weeks. An individual should seek chronic wound treatment if a wound has not begun to heal after two weeks or is not completely healed after six.
Most health insurance plans cover wound care. Patients should check with the clinic and their health insurance provider before seeking treatment to be sure.
