I have been suffering from depression for years. I had difficulties coping with a new place (since I moved here from a different country), not being able to get a job, going back to school, and a husband who was too busy to pay attention to me.Like many other women I know, I wouldn't speak up or ask from what I truly wanted, instead it I would always adjust to other's needs. This led to emotional outbursts and feelings of worthlessness. Andrea helped me set boundaries and offered me tools to make myself healthy mentally. I had meet with her once a week, attended the weekend therapy and also continue to have follow up one on one therapy with her. Andrea will hold your hand through all your troubles but only if you can be true to yourself and willing to make a change in you life. I had been very used to making excuses, finding reasons and justifications for myself and others who had done wrong by me. Andrea spoke the truth, just the way she saw it and I appreciate her making me more self aware. I benefited from her therapy only because I was open and ready to change my life. I was accepting her advice however even though it pushed me out of my comfort zone, but it paid off. Andrea understood me and my struggles. She continues to support me to better myself. There is no miracle and my life hasn't changed overnight. But thanks to Andrea I have the tools to deal with the difficult moments in my life. I have had a positive and fulfilling therapy experience with Andrea.

There is a reason the Better Business Bureau gives Vierramoore a 'F' rating. You can't get any worse than that. Vierramoore is the most unprofessional business I have dealt with in a really long time. They lie, don't follow-up, hang-up the phone on you, are rude, are incompetent, etc. It's disturbingly shocking to go to their website and read about how they focus on customer service. How do you fire a HOA management company? I'm part of a HOA that is managed by this incompetent company, so any suggestions are welcomed.

Asian Resources was very helpful for me. I was 18 and was looking for a job for the summer. I was accepted to join their Summer Youth Internship program and I learned a lot. I went through several workshops that taught me: 1. How to Dress for an Interview 2. Build/Create my Resume 3. Fill out a Job Application 4. Where to Look for Jobs 5. Leadership Building That summer was great because they were able to place me at a job that I enjoyed. I recommend anybody between the ages of 16 - 21 to apply for their Summer Youth Internship program.

The YMCA Northeast Sacramento location housed on Eastern Avenue uses the El Camino High School pool, which is such a nice pool, for lessons. Mike is one of the instructors and hands down is the best! The Saturday morning program can't be beat. My 5 year old is now with Mike for her fourth summer in a row. He has taught her how to swim with confidence. He is one of the most patient people I've met even in the face of a screaming child. That is sometimes part of the process to learn to swim, by the way. He helps the children overcome their fears. He has talent with children that is so hard to find. The YMCA Northeast Swim Program is such a good price and awesome experience for the kids. 5 Stars for the swim program!
