Jessica at the store is fantastic. She is extremely customer oriented and takes the time to answer questions (no matter how many). I spent quite awhile on New Year's Eve upgrading phone on my account and then again a couple weeks later to upgrade phone on my business account. Each time she took the time to make sure all was handled before I walked out the store. They are lucky to have her!!!

This Verizon is a large store and has big inventory however that come with lots of customers and a long wait time.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. The staff in general were very lackadaisical and had inferior product knowledge. One employ in particular named Curtis not only couldn't answer simple questions but decided it was better to text on his phone and talk with his pals in the store. I will never come back to this store and I strongly suggest to go elsewhere.

This location hads friendly service. Very knowledgeable about their products. If you get hungry Chipotle is next door.

I went there today 09/ 21/ 13 around 3pm I was approached by the sales team leader he was very unprofessional lazy and also rude, I been in the customer service business for over 20 years and I sure know everyone doing this should always go the extra mile I went there asked them a couple of questions and since he was not really interested in helping us, I asked for the Manager, he said he was the Manager but he was just the sales team leader. I spend almost 3000 dollars a year with Tmobile account and I don't see how well my money has been spent, I've used this store for the last 3 years (upgrades) but starting today I will never go back there and will never recommend it to anyone else.

I went here to exchange my regular SIM card for a Micro-SIM card.. I was met by Neeraj Bhargava. While going through the ID verification I was asked to give the last 4 of my SS#. Upon reciting it to this fellow, he told me that it was incorrect. I gave it to him again... Incorrect.... Called my wife at work to check... She gives me the same number...I repeat it to the associate. Neeraj then argues with me, adamantly, that it wasn't the number I had given. I don't need your associates arguing with me... I, obviously know my SS# and it doesn't really matter if I gave him the wrong one. Lets just move on with the business at hand. Very unprofessional, very irritating!!
