Security Public Storage
The Security Public Storage Facility located on Fruitridge and Martin Luther King Blvd in Sacramento California is by far the Best and Worthy place to store your prescious belongings. The staff is Amazing, Friendly, Courteous, Thoughtful and above all, they are very Professional and in every aspect., for example, Sue, who assisted me with everything I needed from the very beginning. She explained storage prices and sizes and offered me a few suggestions which worked out great for me. Another two Awesome individuals are Sean and Tania, they are gladly ready to help their customers. They go out of their way to assure their customers are satisfied with their rental units. When you need them they are happy to help you, answer your questions, and basically anything you need etc...I can write a lot more positive points, however. I am limited with time right now. I have been a customer at this facility for a year and a half and I have nothing but good things to say about this storage place. Sincerely,

Riverside Coins, Gold & Jewelry
I went in to sell some .999 silver and some old silver half dollars and possibly a diamond ring. I have never sold silver before or been in a coin and gold shop so I did not know what to expect. Oleg was extremely nice and offered me fair value for the coins and silver. I had done research on the current price of silver so I was very pleased with his offer! He then looked at the ring and advised me to have it appraised before I sold it so that I would know what it was worth. He could have just offered me a low price for it but he didn't. I sold him the coins and silver and will go have the ring appraised. (I had a jeweler take a quick look at it today and was advised that it is quite valuable!) The transaction was quick and pleasant. I highly recommend Riverside Coins Gold and Jewelry!

B&L RV Parts & Service
I read the reviews before I bought from B&L. As of now here's my experience I bought my RV from them and after agreeing on price we agreed all the devices in the RV would work. they replace the water heater with a now one, they replaced the fridge with one from another RV that worked correct, put new front brakes on when they saw they needed replaced. After I used it I found a water leak, took it back they fixed it, I noticed something wrong in either a brake binding or the rear end, not sure yet? The owner said he could not keep repairing it for free, but offered to give me my money back if I was dissatisfied. Look these guys are not mechanics and do not claim to be, but in my opinion they do honest business. At least with me they did and as of now I would buy from them again.

Excelsior Coin Gallery
I think in all of the Sacramento area I can trust Excelsior the most. There experience is top notch and they don't treat you like your wasting there time even if it's just for on coin that sells for practically nothing, for example I took a raw Morgan dollar in he looked at it and told me he wasn't sure if it was even a Morgan dollar. He took it to his viewing area which had ample lighting and a large lighted magnifying glass and said "Yes this is counterfeit" I asked how he could tell he said it was her hair wasn't quite right, he showed me a real one and sure enough it was counterfeit. He said it was one of the best fakes hes seen but it was fake. He graded the rest of my coins for free and treated me with respect. The coin choices weren't allot but you can trust them.

Security Public Storage
I recently had to get a storage immediately, close- I don't drive, and I was concerned about the safety. I researched and I am still an extremely pleased resident of this facility @ 3901 Fruitridge Rd., Sacramento, CA. Each unit is individually alarmed for your safety and the on- site management is a blessing. They are helpful, professional and caring. You can go anywhere else but I think this is the best experience with any storage in 30 years. They also provide insurance! Totally and completely happy!Sincerely, L.A.Floyd

Security Public Storage
I chose SPS on Stockton Blvd after calling a few storage facilities in the area. I was moving to Sacramento for a job transfer and was having a hard time coordinating things from afar. I spoke with the on site manager and was immediately impressed by how kind, warm and genuine she was compared to others in the area. She really cared about being able to meet my needs and helping me through my move. I strongly recommend this facility and appreciate how they care about the local community.

Security Public Storage
My experience here has been great. The staff is friendly and attentive to your needs and very punctual. The facility is always clean and secure. Keep in mind it is located in a rougher part of sacramento so coming alone might not be the best idea. I've been here a few times alone (not the wisest choice on my part) but there are a few transients that store their stuff here but they do keep to themselves as I've witnessed. It's very quiet also.

Security Public Storage
The Security Storage Place on Franklin Blvd was the best storage choice ever. The staff is very nice and helpful. The layout of the storage is easy and convient. I feel comfortable leaving my belongings there because of their secured gate system. I love that is in not an outside storage as well because I do not have to worry about my items having any sort of weather damage. I highly recommend this specific storage location!

Tips & Advices
Many storage unit companies provide moving equipment that you can use to help maneuver your belongings. This equipment might be available for rental, and some storage companies will loan certain items to you at no charge. The range of options can include items such as push carts and dollies.
Storage units allow vehicle storage, and you'll typically need to rent an outdoor unit to facilitate this process. An outdoor storage unit that accommodates vehicles may have its own walls and door, or it may be a covered unit that's partitioned with wire mesh. Another option is to rent covered storage for your vehicle. With covered storage, your vehicle is stored in a space that is shared with other vehicles. These spaces are similar to parking spaces in a secure lot.
There are certain differences that separate indoor and outdoor storage units. Indoor storage units are often housed in secure facilities, and they offer perks such as climate control. These units are the best choice for sensitive and valuable items, since they offer protection from pests, weather, and intruders. Outdoor storage units are usually much larger than indoor units, and they often offer drive-up access to each unit. Outdoor storage units are excellent for storing larger items such as furniture, boats, and cars.
Storage unit rental fees do not include property insurance for stored items. Storage facilities are typically protected by insurance, but this coverage only applies to the building itself, and not the contents of the storage units. Your homeowners insurance might provide coverage for your stored items. Storage insurance is also available, and premiums typically start at roughly $7 per month for $1,000 worth of coverage.
The minimum rental period for most storage units is one month. Some storage facilities offer promotions and discounts that require a longer minimum rental period for discounts to be redeemed. For example, a storage facility might offer the first month of rental free with a two-month minimum.
