The store manager Nicole and customer service rep crystal really took their time to work with me because I didn't have my receipt for an item that did not work. so they look up the day and time and my credit card number so that I could get an exchange. they did call the owner to get approval but as long as I could prove the purchase through credit card that allowed it to happen and it work with me thank you very much

Jessica at the store is fantastic. She is extremely customer oriented and takes the time to answer questions (no matter how many). I spent quite awhile on New Year's Eve upgrading phone on my account and then again a couple weeks later to upgrade phone on my business account. Each time she took the time to make sure all was handled before I walked out the store. They are lucky to have her!!!

its my first time in this store good finally I find good people with a lot of experience they fixed my iPhone 6 that no one can fix they did and also I buy boost mobile phone this people are the best in Sacramento thank you Ali its was great doing business with you..thank you..

I've been an AT&T customer for almost 20 years. I walked into this store last week, and there was no waiting. I know that's not the norm, but they were super friendly & I had a great experience!

Staff here was very nice and helpful. The whole family got updated phones and they helped us transfer all our things from phone to phone.
