Ace Plumbing
We were awoken in the middle of the night on Saturday to a loud buzzing noise that sounded like it was coming from our attic. It would start and then stop. We finally realized that it was the heater turning on and off - but there was no heat coming out of the vents. By the time morning came the house was freezing, and my husband went to get wood so that we could light a fire in the fireplace to warm the house up. We joked that he would probably need to get a couple of boxes - because it was unlikely that we would be able to get someone out to look at it on a Sunday. Well - we were wrong. We called Ace Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning - and the man who answered the phone was very nice - and said he would have one of the heating technicians call me right back. Within a few minutes - the tech Marty called, and I explained the situation. He said he would be right over - and he arrived promptly in less than an hour. He was able to figure out the problem (something about a screw had come loose that held the blower fan- he explained it to my husband - I was just thrilled that we now had heat again). There was no extra charge for Sunday - and the cost for the labor was very reasonable. Marty left us his business card and said to call if we had any more problems. We don't normally buy maintenance contracts - but because Marty was so great to come out on a Sunday - we are going to buy one so that we can hopefully prevent any major repairs with either our heating or AC. Thank you Marty and Ace for coming to the rescue!

Mustafa,You were heaven sent, you answered my questions and put my mind at ease, and finished the job long before the timeframe the others had given me, not to mention that you went to bat for me with the Trane distributor. Not only did you beat the price of what the others quoted me, you made our transaction go smoothly, conveniently and easy. You have no idea, I had talked to 3 other Air Conditioning Contractors who were not co-operative, very abrasive and non-negotiable, nobody would go to bat for me, it was a take it or leave it attitude. One told me my warranty had expired and if I had not called the distributor myself to get the truth, I would have paid full price for all parts and labor. He did not negotiate with them or go to bat for me, he came back to me and said, “Sorry your warranty expired, the five year warranty is measured from when the equipment is made, not from when it is installed.” The full price was going to be $780 for parts and $450 for labor. I was so upset, almost to tears, I called the manufacturer direct, they told me, I am fully covered, the warranty is five years from when the unit is installed. I fully trust you and will never do business with anyone else for my Central Heating and Air conditioning unit.Thank you, Thank you, Thank you,

Heald Mechanical Heating & Cooling
My grandmother's heater went out on a VERY cold winter day. She called someone randomly out of the yellow pages who came out- told her she needed to replace her entire system for $12,000 and if she did it immediately he would only charge her $11,000 (to prevent her from getting a second opinion). Following family's advice, my grandmother got a second opinion. Heald Mechanical came highly recommended by close friends who have had nothing but positive experiences with them. They are a local family business. She called Heald, spoke to someone on the phone who was very personable and friendly. They sent someone out immediately which was appreciated in such cold weather. Heald Mechanical spend hours at my grandma's cleaning out her system, replacing parts and repairing her current system. They stayed to make sure everything was running properly. They provided SUPERB customer service making my grandma feel confident and ultimately WARM again :). They were reasonable priced & it's good to know not everyone out there would take advantage of someone in desperate need of service. If you are looking for quality TRUSTWORTHY service I would go with Heald Mechanical. If there were 10 stars... I would give them 10 stars.

Ace Plumbing
I am so pleased with Ace Plumbing. I highly recommend them. My water heater died and I needed to replace it. On a Sunday. I was calling other vendors and also went to Sears. Other companies were a bit condescending and did not ask many questions. Dominic at Ace, however, asked a number of fact finding questions and, when explaining the scope of the work, his tone was HELPFUL and not condescending. I told him I would call back and, after talking to others, I did. Dominic scheduled the replacement of my water heater for the very next day. He communicated with me and, based on his findings confirmed an estimate. He handled the permit portion as well. He and Juan had my new water heater installed in less than 3 hours! They were efficient, professional and personable. Dominic was so right about how much more efficient this new Bradford White water heater is. Even with the dial set low, I get hot water so much FASTER now. So glad to be in hot water again!

Appliance Warehouse
We visited Appliance Warehouse to look for an electric clothes dryer and were greeted by friendly faces and shown our many options. Decisions, decisions! Michelle was patient with us and answered all of our questions without trying to up-sell us on anything. Ultimately we purchased a matching set for less than a new clothes dryer alone would cost. We are confident in our purchase and know that Appliance Warehouse will follow up on their warranty(s) as well as answer any question that may arise. Also, delivery was made in a timely manner by a friendly and competent deliveryman, Sam. We are most happy to recommend Appliance Warehouse to anyone looking for a great used appliance! Thank you! R. Premium Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc.
We love Premium Heating and Air! They are reliable and fair. We discovered Bob and his company many years ago when looking for a second bid. We had been told our unit was non-repairable and we were going to have to replace it. Upon getting a bid from Premium, Bob discovered that we just needed a $300 repair and the unit ran for several more years. Bob did eventually have to replace our 20 year old unit and he suggested we do it in stages since our A/C was still working. Spreading out the replacement of a heater and A/C unit instead of just doing it all at one time was much easier on our budget. I cannot say enough nice things about the honesty and integrity of this company.

Ace Plumbing
I can't say enough good things about ACE Plumbing. We had a clogged drain in our bathroom tub that we could not get clear. ACE was prompt, the technician Tony was outstanding. He explained everything that he was going to do. He answered all of my questions. He gave us some good info about how to deal with issues in the future. The most important thing, he was efficient and he cleared our line! I would recommend ACE for any plumbing needs. Great customer service.

Denver Air Conditioning Services
Our American Standard forced air furnace died last week with no warning. Our previous HVAC repair and maintenance company was less than great on their last service visit, so I did some shopping around and called Heating based on their Yelp reviews. Short story (as it should be), they scheduled an appointment to check the heater, arrived on time (within the one hour window specified), found the problem, ordered the replacemen

Jaguar Heating & Air
The technician, Mustafa just left my home. I had a problem with heat not coming on. He came out the very next day after my call. He gave me a small window of arrival. Called me 30 minutes before his arrival. He was very polite and helpful, clean cut, nice truck and best of all he fixed the problem in under 30 minutes. I was surprised that the charge was so low. Super servcie and an over all great experience!

Jaguar Heating & Air
I am thrilled with Jaguar heating and air and their service... their Tech (Mustaf) install a brand new ac unit at my house and I could not be happier. Not only was their quote the best , but they were the most impressive. They made sure that our system would be up and working and they exceeded all expectations! I have definitely found the best Heating & Air company in the area and HIGHLY RECOMMEND
Tips & Advices
You can keep your air conditioner running efficiently with some preventative care measures. Shut off the power to your AC before cleaning it or performing any of these tasks:  clean your filter at least twice a year; remove leaves and twigs from cages; clean the fins with a garden hose or special spray, then use a butter knife to straighten any that are crooked; keep your yard clean so the fins won't get blocked; cover the unit up for winter; and make sure it's level or you run the risk of damaging the inner workings of the unit.
To clean your air conditioner drain, first shut off the power to your unit at both the thermostat and the breaker. Then remove the drain pan. If the pan is full of water, soak up the liquid with a few towels or rags or use a wet vacuum. You can use a solution of water and distilled vinegar, or substitute peroxide for the vinegar, to clean out the drain pipe. Let the pipe sit for a while in the solution and then put all the parts back in place. Once you start using your air conditioner on a regular basis, check it periodically to ensure condensation isn't building up.
If you happen to live in a hot and humid area of the country, drainage problems can occur with your unit since moisture can trap itself inside the system. Routine maintenance can cut down on drainage issues by cleaning out any mold or algae from blocking the drain. If you notice moldy smells whenever you turn the thermostat down, check on your system.
If you notice your system is acting inconsistently, the sensor is most likely out of place. Turn off the unit and reach behind its control panel while carefully bending the sensor back into place near the evaporative coil.
Find out where the noises are coming from. A banging or clanking sound could be due to a loose part. If you hear a hissing sound, it's most likely because of a refrigerant leak and you should contact an HVAC technician as soon as possible.
