    I signed up for the $40 plan at the store. Metro PC notified me (via text message) that my plan was changed to the $50 plan. I called the store and was told that this was just a text that they "normally" send and that I was signed up for the $40 plan.



    I quickly called Metro PCS. The rep. confirmed that the staff from the store changed my plan. I will never use this store again.
