The owner of Hidden Glen is a shark along with his property managers. Rather you are good tenants, bad tenants. I can ensure you that you won't be getting your security deposit back. Pros: When you apply, you'll find two old couples. Approachable, kind and possibly honest. Will you heard the term old and ugly? These two couples will make you comfortable of your stay. Being that these old farts are managers/maintenance. They only get paid for what they can assert claims against you. Cons: If you were too comfortable during your walk through moving-in. Once you decide to move out these two old farts will claim that you damage the unit and trash the complex. Of course you can never reach the landlord and good luck with court.California is design in favor of landlord. As long as the charges isn't outrages, taking 75% of your deposit or more is fair regardless of what the laws states. Its a long process and winning is hard to collect anyway. Trust me, I was there. My advice is go to places that you can free at ease. Stay away from old complex like these who don't have licensed maintenance. If you put in a work order, track it. Make sure to document everything. In the future, you will need all the evident to argue your case. Stay away from Hidden Glen period
Don't move into this place. They have a very bad roach problem. Also, the manager, Mark Elsie, disregards the needs of the tenants. Tenants, especially the section 8 recipients, live in fear of being evicted if they ask for repairs.
I am so impressed with Buddy at Uncle Bills. Not only was he prompt but he made three trips and only charged me for one. He is honest and very professional.I am so happy with what he was able to do for me so I could have a tv quickly...I would highly recommend you ask for Buddy to assist you with your tv issues RUTH
Lived here while going to CSUS. Great community feel, river access, and a big pool. Never loud, even with lots of college students.
Spacious apartments serving low income families with 2, 3, 4 bedrooms. We are adjacent to beautiful Johnston Park in North Sacramento. Our reputation since 1990 is a good place for families.
I will continue handling all my vehicle needs through this company! I went to their other location and they were amazing. Finding that they have one closer to home makes it all the better. The girls who work here are extremely nice and make sure all work is completed correctly! Will refer all my friends and family here.
easing agent aided a person I tried to get on the lease to rent my spare room. Should have cleared her before but didn't give the manager the right to willingly give a person not on my lease information and ammunition to take o er my apartment of five years.I had talked,laughed with her and been very transparent. She sabotaged my attempts to get the person out and told me not to contact the corporate office to let them know but she told them. She felt story for this woman because she was homeless but didn't care if I was. Even now that I'm out management has made upgrades for her but told me she'd be out in two weeks. During all the drama the woman said boldly to me and the cops management was helping her to keep my apartment .I know now it was true. At least together me out. The manager also aided the woman in court while at the same time claiming g she wasn't taking sides, by writing a statement that I was a hostile tenant. This was press ted at the restraining order hearing. The same one management was trying to discourage me from filing. I had a friend tell me they requested repairs tone made and they complained they weren't getting done on time and Kacey told them to move. She's a bad overly emotional manager and even though she'll smile in your face just remember before you're sucked in...you kill more files with honey than vinegar.
This apartment is the worst, the management is very unprofessional , there is roaches every were , trash in parking lot, staircase lighting doesn't work, pool with no water, they we'll try and charge you for everything, NOT worth $900 , the building is over 20 years old, rats in the apartment ceiling, they always have people come out and spray for roaches but they come back the nexts day (they live in the walls) . You can't keep cereal out(you will wake up with roaches in the box. They complain about children if you have any, This place is not safe for any children people drive in fast. Gun shootings. There's molding in the bathroom ,they take forever to fix problems, they only make the front of the apartments look OK, the back looks horrible, you can ask anyone in theses apartments, it's not worth living here,
A quaint little Community. Close to shopping of all kinds. Residents watch out for one another, and the Manager is one of the best.
I like this apartment the neighbors are really nice everyone is pretty chill. Mary the manager is pretty cool as long as you're not being a jerk she can work with you and with maintenance they come pretty quickly to fix whatever needs to be fixed. It's mostly quiet lots of parking for friends to come visit or family.
