The store manager Nicole and customer service rep crystal really took their time to work with me because I didn't have my receipt for an item that did not work. so they look up the day and time and my credit card number so that I could get an exchange. they did call the owner to get approval but as long as I could prove the purchase through credit card that allowed it to happen and it work with me thank you very much

I had to move and no one would listen that I was having a hardship.all this company was interested in was to get the early termination fee..the office said someone will call you..never did..I would not recommend comcast to anyone..be aware of what they tell you..bottom line to them is money.not the customer.

Comcast, although expensive has been reliable and good service. We have their triple play, home phone, internet and television set up! We like the on deman feature to pause, record and play things without commercials!

I've been an AT&T customer for almost 20 years. I walked into this store last week, and there was no waiting. I know that's not the norm, but they were super friendly & I had a great experience!

This is one of the best AT&T stores. The staff is always very friendly. They are so helpful. They are great at helping you upgrade your phone.

Staff here was very nice and helpful. The whole family got updated phones and they helped us transfer all our things from phone to phone.

They are a great company. They know what they are doing, and they give you a lot of information. One thing is that they are a little slow.
