Enjoy the setting of this location and the food. Been there a couple times. Should've written this review a while ago but I had lunch last year here with a couple friends and our toddlers. We had a server by the name of Phillip. He was good at his job. Everything was fine. I handed him my credit card and paid the full tab and my friends left a generous cash tip. A week later, my bank statement showed electronically that an additional $16 was withdrawn. I called about 4-6 times within a month to try to speak to management. It was getting unreal. The hostess there who remembered me coming in said she'd give my message to management. I finally called the last time and one of the workers put me on hold and then said she would have the owner call me back once he got in. I FINALLY received a phone call from the 'owner' named KERMIT. He was very apologetic that it was hit fault that he didn't get back to me sooner and that he'd been busy. I had the receipt and he was apologized for it all and told me that our server PHILiP was no longer working there and that they were taking further action to resolving this issue and with that server. I asked if i could get a refund for what i was charged additionally & he seemed to be slow on his response. I told him i HAD EVERYTHING, from the server name to the order #, time and date and total on my receipt. Then he asked for the order #. At this point, it was not even about the $ anymore, it was the principals. I was extremely ticked off already at how LONG it took for someone to call me back. I could have left $16 alone but i clearly just couldn't. As an established business, you need to see thru all customers in both right and wrong situations. He was slow to offer anything besides an apology and then after i told him how i have been planning to take my husband to try it out for some time now, he offered me Free Dinner for two. I accepted his offer and thanked him. He told me to email him my name and number so that he could make sure his staff was aware. I emailed him twice to make sure he got the message. I had never heard back from him again and I have never gone back there again since then. I just hope they are not negligent of others as well.

go there quite frequently and i have never been disappointed. the services is excellent to go right along with the menu.

NEVER disappoints me! I always take out of town guests here and they love it!
