I live in the Fern Bluff neighborhood and we are having a real problem with the mail being delivered to other homes. I have had to deliver packages to my neighbors more than once and I have had neighbors deliver to me. I have had packages that never have been delivered and I have had to call the business I ordered from and pay additional shipping to have it delivered to my work instead. This is getting ridiculous and it needs to stop. I have called several times and no one EVER answers. I am calling the US Postal Service to complain about this location. Please get it together.

The delivery person that delivers our mail is the worst I have ever seen. They leave other peoples mail in our box at least 3 times a week and seem to also have a problem putting my packages in my box. I have lost around 6 packages over the last 6 months. Just this Saturday I had two packages coming from the same place and both show to have been delivered on Saturday. However, only one made it to my mailbox. No one knows where the other one went and the PO doesn't even answer their own phones now. Very sad, no wonder they are losing money.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND VERMIN INFESTATION! I used Great American Storage for about 3 months while waiting to move into our new house. I went in to the office and provided notice of my intent to vacate and the clerk said "Ok, you're good. Just be out by Friday". I had to work on Friday so I moved everything out by Thursday. Come to my surprise I get an email on Monday saying that I owe rent. When I contact them, they said that I never provided intent to vacate and I never signed a move out checklist. I advised her (the manager Nicky) that I did provide intent to vacate, but I don't know the name of the employee I spoke to. I am basically called a liar and told that I owe for an additional month. After a bit of arguing, she stated that she could only offer half of the rent, but I still owe for another month. On the day I went in to pay, Nicki is not there and no other employee can do anything without her. I'm forced to pay for an additional month after having provided notice and vacating early. ALSO. All of my property was covered in vermin feces. It took several days of sanitizing and washing. I had advised Nicky of this issue while I was still a tenant and she seemed very apathetic. She blamed it on the construction across the street and said they have had terminex out several times. There was no apology for damaged property and no consolation when it came time to charge for another month. This place will do anything to charge you more and more money.

Paid extra for 2 day shipping and it just didn't even show up. Spent hours making calls trying to locate my package and NO ONE answers. All machines that are horrible at understanding and can't help you.Tracking also rarely updated and very inaccurate. VERY disappointed that my expensive package that I paid extra for to be here on time just never even showed up. Do not trust USPS with anything you value is all I've taken from this experience. Fed Ex only from now on. Disgusted.

Twice I lost my packages here and they cannot tell me what happened except that I should go to the counter to have them scanned. What's the use of their drop boxes? I drop them especially because they are busy and as far as I know, that is the use of the drop boxes, right? I had to refund my customers for the lost and I got bad feedback on my business. I switched to a different Post Office and I did not have any problem.

The staff at this post office is very unhelpful, defensive, and arrogant. When the building where I office was suddenly foreclosed on by the bank, the Doublecreek staff seemed to be disgusted that I came in and asked for my mail after the building was closed down. The letter carrier told us one thing, the staff insisted it was another way, and when questioned, the only answer I could get was "I don't know. Just turn in your change of address" (which I had already done previously!). The first man couldn't find any mail. The second woman found mail that was supposed to be delivered before the building was closed down. I wish I could move to another post office! This is not a welcoming place!
