This is one of the remaining Family Dentist in a small town environment. To begin with the Staff is very comforting and put the patient at ease. There is no rush for the X-raysby a charged 20 something as other places. Hygenist is very friendly and there isnothing Scaring about her. Doctor Mysee is involved to the fullest and is very thorough in explaining the condition , if one exists and helps in every way possible to fix the problem. In my particular case, I had a bad tooth under a Bridge which was causing all kind ofpain in my gums and outside across temples. Dr. Mysee figured it out after looking atthe X-Ray of the Bridge and suggested to take off the Bridge without any Charge.I am glad I listened to him, Dr. Mysee spent about 30 minutes and with gentle touch oftools , took the Bridge off with no Blood or Pain. He was gracious to Refer me to aOrthodontist not far from his office for very next day. The Orthodontist after an X-Ray found the Tooth Decayed badly(it had a Root Canal done by a Foriegn Doctor 3 years ago) and Extacted it. Waiting for 6 weeks for the gums tp heal, mean time Dr. Mysse 's Office had sent a Pre-Determination for the New Bridge to my Dental Insurance. Hopefully Insurance will Chip in, but the Discounted Price for the Bridge Dr. Mysse offered is still a real break.I can no be more happier to find Dr. Mysse who was referred to me by a Office Colleague.

I am the kind of person who doesn’t go to the dentist unless I am suffering. My past experience with some dental practices in the area has left me wanting. I’ve found that they don’t want to address the immediate problem. They first want to complete a full exam then schedule another appointment at additional cost to resolve the fundamental complaint. One clinic told me that they could actually take care of my problem right away but following the exam they told me that I would need a Dental Surgeon and they only had one on staff and my wait would be 2 months! Needless to say, they charged me for the exam and I was then on my own to locate a dental surgeon. That wasn’t what I ask for when I went to that office. I was in a good deal of pain and needed it resolved right away. Dr Mysse takes a different approach. His first priority is to take care of your immediate need. In my opinion, that is the way ALL Dental Practices should operate! Dr Mysse and his professional staff are laser focused on listening to the patient, identifying the immediate problem, and resolving it first. That is what I expect from my dentist. I would also add that the follow on exam was without a doubt the most through exam I have ever had! I have been extremely satisfied with all aspects of his practice including his friendly and professional staff.

Pflugerville Family Dental Care
I had a serious dental emergency and called around Pflugerville for a dentist. Not one of them would get me in that day. I then called Pflugerville Family Dentistry and I'm very glad I did. Kind & caring, they got me in right away. Both Dr. Mun & Dr. Turcios-Mun (they're husband & wife) worked on me that day and followed through on all my dental needs. Their Staff is first rate, as well. This is a great place for adults and children. Great doctors, staff, and a state of the art office/clinic. 5 stars all the way for Pflugerville Family Dentistry!

Dr. Mysse is an excellent dentist -- he's informative, kind and gentle and uses some of the latest technology. My family has been going to Dr. Mysse for years and I can't imagine going anywhere else. If you are looking for a really mellow dentist with an excellent staff -- this is your place! I am thrilled I found this place. His staff is always friendly and I'm impressed with the quality of the cleanings and the service here. I would definitely recommend this place to my family, friends and co-workers. Thank you for the great care!

They were so helpful and HONEST. I didn't feel like I was in a used car dealership or repair shop and being taken advantage of. They were really affordable and were flexible with their payment plans unlike other places. They also do sedation dentistry without alot of fuss. And quick. I was seen quickly. Also they have this really cool coffee station with a kuerig coffee machine with the good coffee flavors. I just really liked them alot. I wish I had found them earlier and I will be referring my friends and family here.

Beck Commons Dental Care
These guys are super friendly and professional at their jobs. My problem is that they will tell you what your insurance will cover and tell you your max out of pocket. Then several weeks after you have the service done, they will send you a large bill and tell you it wasn't covered by your insurance. If that is the case, then WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME before hand. Charging customers after the fact when they were told they owed nothing else is bad business practice. BEWARE of getting overcharged!

Children may have those jaggedness from birth, when it comes to their treatment the things may not go very well. Children may be very fussy and uncontrollable. But we can't take such strict measures against a child, so we need to take utmost care towards it. Dr. Sarah is the one who has skills to manage childrens too. She is simply an all-rounder. She knows what a child and its parents expect from a doctors. Her point of view is real good.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mysse for over 10 years and I value his kind, gentle approach to denistry as well as his personalized customer service. Dr. Mysse listens to your concerns about your dental health, explains and offers options for treatment if appropriate, and works with many insurance programs. I have recommended him to my co-workers and neighbors. I have always had a positive experience there.

Patriot Dental
My faith in the dental industry, along with a couple of my teeth, was destroyed by another dentist. Dr. Ducoté restored my confidence with his high level of competency and professionalism. His entire staff impressed me with their unwaning commitment to do everything they could for me. The doctor exerted only 20 minutes of his expert skills, and I can now enjoy my life with zero tooth pain.
Tips & Advices
The most common dental problems in children are:
  • Cavities
  • Bad breath
  • Gum disease
  • Sensitive teeth
  • Grinding
  • Canker sores
  • Missing teeth
  • Extra teeth
  • Bite and alignment issues
Thumb sucking is not specifically a dental problem, but it can cause a malocclusion, a condition where the top and bottom teeth don't line up correctly.
To clean a baby's teeth, use a small, soft-bristled toothbrush designed specifically for infants. Apply a tiny amount of non-fluoride toothpaste - about the size of a grain of rice - and gently brush all sides of the teeth and the tongue. Before the baby's first teeth emerge, use gauze or a wet washcloth wrapped around the finger to wipe the gums. This motion doesn't necessarily reduce bacteria, but it does help the infant to get used to the sensation of having his or her teeth cleaned.
Children should visit their pediatric dentist every six months. This recommended frequency does not change throughout a person's lifetime.
No, wisdom teeth do not need to be removed unless they cause pain, lead to dental issues, or are aligned incorrectly.
Yes, dental sealants prevent cavities by filling in deep grooves in the teeth. Without them, bacteria can collect in these areas and cause tooth decay, which can happen with children.
