Carl Black of Roswell
I flew from West Palm Beach, South Florida to purchase my GMC from Carl Black. I had contacted >20 dealerships near my home and further away, and can honestly say that Carl Black Roswell treated me the best, answered my questions, went out of their way to make my deal happen, handled everything with a smile, and responded to everything I asked. In contrast, many other dealers just kept plugging away with the Automated Form Emails, ignoring the questions they didn't want to answer, telling me things I had not asked about, and pushing their own agenda. After driving all the way home, loving my new car, and driving it for a week, I can look back and say that I would absolutely do it all again - in fact, having had the experience I am even more likely to try to buy my next car from Carl Black! Everybody I met, from Sante in Finance, to Jon the manager, James the internet sales manager, Anna who called to give me updates and Daniel who collected me from the airport, everybody was first class. I would do it again in a heartbeat and would not hesitate to recommend Carl Black Roswell to any friend, or anybody else that would like to be treated well and get a good deal.A++++ from somebody who only gives 5*s when they are fully deserved! Thanks, James!! We will be back

Ferrari of Atlanta
Dan Burris and the team over at Ferrari Maserati of Atlanta are nothing short of TOP SHELF. If you're considering buying (or servicing) a car, make sure you give them a call FIRST. I have several friends and colleagues that recommend this place very highly, but I had never been myself. I became a new customer recently...and within 60 seconds of stepping into the dealership I knew I would be a customer for life!! Getting to this dealership is a 7-8 hour round trip for me…and still, it’s totally worth the trip. My buying experience was beyond amazing. Every member of the staff was knowledgeable and super friendly. When you walk in to look (or buy!), you know they want you there and you are treated as such. I wish more places could get the car-buying-experience right like they do here. In choosing this dealership, I also knew I wanted a place with a strong service department. I’ve already had the pleasure of getting to interact with both Michael Roth and Matt Luckie on the service side and I am already impressed. It’s hard to say you’re looking forward to your first service on an expensive car…but with a team this good, I am looking forward to it. So “5 stars” all the way for Ferrari Maserati of Atlanta, and keep up the good work!

Midas Auto Service Experts
The staff at the Midas in Roswell are a good group of people, even when busy. Cody even comes in on his day off, he loves his work..lol Kevin keeps things running smoothChester is a great mechanic and can give you simple suggestions that can prevent more expensive future problems. He's also a proud father of one, with another on the way. If you like country music, they got a young mechanic that likes to sing while he's working.. ( I'm getting old, can't remember his name, I'm wanting to say Colton. I'm sure I'll remember tomorrow.) I have a feeling if he's encouraged, he may actually be a future country music star in the making, he has the voice.. Just go in and listen if he's singing and you might agree..lolThanks Guys. Audi North Atlanta
I cannot say anything positive about the salesperson I was assigned. Nice person, however, she is in the wrong profession. This would not be a positive review if it were not for the outstanding management team at Audi North Atlanta, Michael Bates, Debbie Graber and Paula McCannon. Michael saved the deal and Debbie and Paula supported him in making sure that I left the dealership a very satisfied new owner of an Audi SQ5. They have listened to me and have responded professionally and effectively. I highly endorse Audi North Atlanta and the Management Team of Michael Bates, Debbie Graber and Paula McCannon. Continued Success in 2014 and in your new facility. Larry Kroll

Nalley Lexus Roswell
My wife and I recently bought a vehicle from this dealership, and have had a wonderful customer experience. The sales manager we worked with, Oliver "Lacy", was very easy to work with and genuine in ensuring we were satisfied (a rare thing to see at dealerships anymore). We felt that he was being honest, not playing any games with us, and very helpful. We are thrilled to be part of the Lexus family now - I've been very impressed by their focus on customer service and satisfaction at the start of the process, so I'm excited to continue the relationship over the life of driving my new car.

Mike The Mechanic
Guy, the manager, has been great with me I have had only a good experience with him and has always taken great care of me. For performing a service, he has stayed well over an hour of his working hours to help me while being professional and honest. When I changed the fluid and filter on my cars transmission, I was unable to torque the pan to the right specs and it was leaking tranny fluid. I brought the car to Guy and he helped me out right away without hesitation and did not charge me. I will always recommend Guy at Mike the Mechanic in Roswell. Thanks for taking care of me Guy!

Nalley Toyota Of Roswell
I just bought my car at this place and I totally recommend the team that worked with me to help me choose the right vehicle and at the right price. They took the time to know me, my needs and possibilities in a very expedite and professional manner. From the moment I contacted them to the moment I drove off with my new car, I felt at ease. I worked with Mr. Warren and I have to say, he is awesome at his job. Always warm, professional, and never pushy. I totally recommend this place.

AAA Mansell Car Care Plus
Had my first experience with Mansell Car Care Plus. I think I've found a home. Had a great talk with the guys there and felt a comradery. Told them that as a 61 year old, and former car builder, I really had no patience with being jerked around. Told them my horror stories. Also, spoke with another client waiting for his car. Said he'd been with them for 2 years and was very satisfied with the service. Great to find a place with integrity.

Midas Auto Service Experts
They did a great job and all the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. They go out of their way to provide great service. Pricing is very fair for the service they provide, including a full inspection and a report of any recalls on your vehicle! I didn't feel like it was a ploy to get you to spend a ton of money (like some shops) but to let you know there is something else wrong, which can save money in the long run.
Tips & Advices
Among the common scams pulled are needless repairs, where a garage charges you for work that isn't necessary. Another popular one is attracting customers through a cheap oil change or tire pressure check. Then, when you your car is being repaired, they give you a long list of other corrections they'd like to make, therefore boosting the total cost of your bill. The best way to combat these types of problems is getting a written estimate before work is done so you can see how much repairs are expected to cost. If the final bill is higher than the estimate projected, ask to specifically see the work. Make sure information is put in writing as well. If a problem remains, you can have proof that work was not done to your satisfaction.
For winter driving, features such as the defroster, heater and exhaust system are paramount. Look in your owner's manual for specific directions on how features should be checked and repaired. Many newer cars have a cabin air filter that can be replaced when needed, allowing warm air to continue to flow in. Also, check tires before winter driving, as they need to be at the proper pressure to perform well on snow and ice.
In the spring and summer, you want to be sure your air conditioner and cooling systems work correctly. Given the high temperatures, overheating is a common problem. Look over the system by ensuring there is enough coolant available. If it needs to be refilled, it is best to open the hood and add more to the car before it gets too warm out. Also, clean out fan ducts and other ventilation sources necessary for summertime driving.
Some fixes to your car can be done without paying a specialist. Issues like replacing oil and air filters are relatively simple, with instructions provided in the owner's manual on how to make these changes. The same goes for replacing broken windshield wipers or burnt-out headlights. Such issues should be repaired quickly to guarantee safety, but don't require a visit to a garage.
Yes. Not every type of auto repair work needs to be done by a certified mechanic. You can fix some of a vehicle's issues just by paying attention to how the automobile is running and having a basic understanding of auto repair. Look over the ways weather may impact your car and what preventative measures you can take to avoid having to take it into the shop.
