A & E Appliance Service
Once again A & E came through for me. I called and gave Brian the information about my stove; make/model, what the issue was and he knew right away what part I needed. They had it in stock and he remembered speaking to me and all of the information about my stove when I got there to pick it up hours later. We have used A&E for years and will continue to do so. Anytime someone I know needs appliance parts or service I will continue to recommend them.Thank you A&E!!

A & E Appliance Service
I needed an a/c capacitor which I could have bought online for ten bucks, but decided to purchase it from ae. How much more could itbe? Live and learn, they charged 50 bucks for the exact same part. I could have refused to pay and gotten the part elsewhere, my bad. Just wont be doing any more business with this establishment. I feel like I paid installed price rather than a fair part price.

I want to thank A and E Appliance in Roseville MI,for the great service on my washer. They came right out the same day,had the part on the truck, and were resonable and honest with me! Be sure to call the original A and E Appliance Service, don't make the mistake of calling the nationwide AE Factory Service, they do the warrenty work for Sears,Kenmore,Maytag,Whirlpool...Looks like alot of the bad reviews on this site talk about warrenty work through calling Maytag and Sears.THAT IS NOT THIS COMPANY!!!Thanks again A and E Appliance for bailing me out once more!!!

A and E Appliance is the BEST!!!I went there because my gas range was not heating and they told me that it was my igniter. They helped me on how to take my range apart and how to install the part, sure enough that's exact what it was and I saved myself from having to pay for a service call. The guys that work at there shop are always so courteous and helpful when I call for help. I also had them out for service on my refrigerator and there service man was very professional about the work he did and the price was very reasonable. I always recommend A and E to everyone I know because they will be in good hands with this company and will be treated fair and will never be taken advantage of.Thanks again for all your help over the years!!!

Bad customer service! I just called to see if someone can come out to take a look at my refrigerator, and when I called, a guy answered and was super rude and had the worse attitude. How do you obtain business by answering your phones like that? Very unproffesional. Just lost my business and all it took was 20 seconds on the phone.
Tips & Advices
If the washing machine is overloaded or all the clothes are packed to one side, the imbalance can cause the washing machine to jerk and shake. These vibrations can be violent enough to slam the machine against other objects, possibly causing damage to its exterior.
Refrigerator coils should be cleaned at least twice a year. Households with pets should clean their refrigerator coils more frequently.
To reduce the risk of foodborne illnesses, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration recommends homeowners set their refrigerators at or below 40 degrees Fahrenheit and their freezers at 0 degrees Fahrenheit.
In terms of operations and upkeep, gas dryers are less expensive than electric. The actual savings depends on the cost of gas vs. electricity in the area. Still, gas dryers heat up faster than electric ones do, making them slightly more energy efficient. However, gas dryers are priced higher than electric ones, so homeowners should prepare to pay more at the outset.
Proper maintenance helps most home appliances last longer. Homeowner's should check their user's manuals for insight on how often to inspect, clean or upgrade their appliances.
