Raku Sushi
First and foremost, please, keep in mind the location of this restaurant: We are about two hours from San Francisco and depending on how fast you drive about 8 hours from Los Angeles! With the location in mind, Raku is one of the best all you can eat, made to order Sushi Restaurants in Roseville. The prices are reasonable, the service overall is on par and the fish always taste fresh. My family and visiting friends have been enjoying the Sushi for at least two years now. We dine at Raku at least once a month. We have only eaten there during lunch hours but the selection is plentiful plus they have a small salad bar to balance out all the fish we consume. The salad bar has a cabbage salad, seaweed salad, cucumber salad and a few other selections. All very tasty while your waiting for your sushi to be made! If your not a raw fish person there is still plenty to eat. They have Gyoza (similar to potstickers), deep fried foods, tempura, teriyaki chicken and miso soup along with the salad bar. We just are so happy to find an all you can eat Sushi in Roseville that is worth eating at! That is something hard to come by out here. We know!!!! Check out their web page for the menu and pricing. It is easy to use and the menus are legible too!

Ninja Sushi and Teriyaki
We came to Ninja tonight for our first time for our anniversary. We chose to sit outside on the covered patio, although the inside has a cool modern vibe. The service was extremely prompt and we never were left with empty plates or empty drinks. Speaking of drinks, the wine prices are very inexpensive and the pours are extremely generous. We ordered the BBQ tuna app, the Beef Lovers roll, the Pepperfin, and the Spicy Rhonda roll. Everything was solid, but the rolls were a real standout. I usually am not a fan of rolls, but these were delicious. On the spicy Rhonda we upgraded to real crab for only 1.50$. I highly reccommend doing this. After every meal the table gets deep fried mochi ice cream. It is amazing and I could have eaten three plates worth. After eating all of this and having 3 drinks each our bill was only 90$. The value is unbeatable for the quality of the food and service. Overall an excellent experience and we will be back!

Blue Nami
Thought this place was going to be great as the atmosphere is happening but the food did not deliver. Definitely not Mukunis. Ordered stuffed jalapeños but it was a quarter of the jalapeño deep fried with too much crab mix. The menu did not say the sushi rolls would be covered in sauce. There was too much sauce. We ordered a roll with jalapeños on top but the roll did not come with them. They brought them over but it appeared they were not fresh and had been sitting around as they had brown seeds. If you like rice and crab mix these rolls are for you. The waitress didn't seem to enjoy her job as she never smiled and always looked as if she had something else to do. When observing, she did not run to another table but looked lost. Sadly disappointed.

Ninja Sushi and Teriyaki
We came here on a Saturday night and they were doing karaoke on the stage. It was so loud (and not the best singing) so we decided to eat outside. Our server started out great, but then it seemed like he forgot about us. Our drinks were empty for long periods of time and it took awhile to get our food. Once we did get our food, it was just okay. I got the Flaming Dragon." Cool presentation, but not very flavorful. I've been here before and sat inside upstairs and the bartender and service up there was much better. I tried other rolls that time and I remember liking it much better. Will definitely give it plan other chance.

California Roll & Grill
I have trouble going through Roseville with out stopping for lunch. They make a spicy teriyaki chicken that is actually spicy! They serve a creative variety of sushi roles. They are nicely made with just the right amount of pressure so they stay together but are not too compressed. I do some times miss the kind of sushi that is just the fish over the pad of rice. The tempura is also excellent. The secret is getting out about this place. I used to be able to eat there with only one or two other people. More often now most of the tables are occupied.

House of Oliver
I came here to meet up with some friends for happy hour. I was running late so the other ladies had ordered already but when I got there, Rachel our server was very attentive to me and made sure I was able to order a glass of wine from their impressive wine list. She was extremely knowledgeable about their beverage selection and what might appeal to each of her customers. The ambience was light and the music playing was a fun mix of jazz and contemporary. We had a great time and it was perfect for chatting and medium size groups.

Sky Sushi
Food is Excellent and the service is great! Prices are reasonable. Lunch Menu's are excellent specially the bento box. You get to taste a little bit of everything. I like to go there during lunch time, the service is fast despite the busy crowd. The Menu is easy to read and has many pictures you can see to make your selection easier. The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and inviting. Presentation of the food is very appetizing makes you want to order to take some home with you.

Anchors Fish & Chips
We have enjoyed meals at Anchors FIsh and Chips for many years. They offer a variety of meals, including fish, chicken, shrimp, etc. that are reasonably priced. The portions are always large--in fact, when we order a two-piece fish meal, they always give at least two full-sized pieces and a third piece that is a little smaller. Even though their fish is deep-fried, it never tastes greasy. We also enjoy both their coleslaw and tempura vegetables.

California Roll & Grill
This restaurant is tucked away behind the Douglas Blvd. Golden One Credit Union, so it is hard to notice, but well worth the trip. Although the name Califonia Roll suggests sushi to me, they have lots of non-sushi items. I almost always order a bento box which comes with an entre, salad, rice, and tempura. The meals are always tasty with generous potions and reasonably prices. Their staff always provides friendly and efficient service.

I Love Teriyaki
We stopped by tonight and were surprised at the condition of the restaurant. There was only one clean table in the whole place--the others all had debris on them. There were also napkins, etc. on the floor. The sesame chicken was tasty, but we were surprised that the combination meal that was to include a salad and a vegetable had the salad, but the vegetable was slaw--strange to have both a salad and a slaw in one plate.

Just a moment...
