Carothers And Associatees, Inc.
After years with another accountant, we went to Carothers and Assoiatees two years ago. As soon as we left our first (free) consultation we knew we had found a company that was a perfect fit for our personal needs and those of my husband's small consulting business. Charlie Carothers asked questions the former accountant had never asked. He made sure we had everything in perfect order for our taxes and gave great advice on record keeping throughout the year.

Maid In America
The one bad review on this page was a customer who tried to get work done for free. He was taken to small claims court and lost vowing to destroy our family owned business. We care about our customers and work hard to keep our customers satisfied!Feel free to call Brenda and talk anytime about your cleaning issues. We are here to help.

Vantage PA, LLC
I recently needed notary services for a licensure application. I turned to Roxie at Vantage PA LLC for assistance. I found her to be exceptionally honest and efficient. She was very professional, quick, and easy to work with. As a result of my experience, I plan to use her for all of my future notarization needs.

Crown Cleaners
Crown Cleaners is an outstanding place to take your clothing. I have been going to Julianna at Crown Cleaners for over 12 years and I have never had a problem. They will even have your cleaning done next day if it is before 10am and you request it. They truly are the dry cleaner to use.

Tips & Advices
Many services offer long-term contracts that include regularly scheduled cleanings. These contracts sometimes, but do not always, result in discounted prices. Most cleaning services offer discounts in exchange for customer referrals.
Homeowners should review their cleaning service's damage/breakage policy. Some businesses compensate for damaged items, while others do not.
Not always. Before hiring a cleaning service, homeowners should confirm the company verifies its employees' identities and performs background checks. Those planning to hire a self-employed cleaner rather than go through a business should inquire about background check options available from their state's attorney general.
  • The annual costs. Weekly services quickly add up, and homeowners may need to pay additional taxes if they choose a self-employed cleaner.
  • Language barriers and miscommunications. Some professional cleaners might speak English as a second language .
  • Background checks and employment verification. Homeowners can be held liable if they employ a person not legally permitted to work in the U.S.
Some services charge more for pets while others do not. Regardless, homeowners should keep in mind that any pet-related cleaning, such as emptying a litter box, adds to the amount of time the service charges for.
