John L. Sullivan Chevrolet
I just recently bought a Dodge Caliber from John L. Sullivan and the sales men that helped us with our special circumstances was awesome! He was truly trying to get us the best deal and so happy for us. I just took the car back for a lojack installation and scotch guard for the fabric in the car and a clear coat on the outside for dent guard in which was all included with the car. They even paid for a rental car for me for the day so that i could go into work. The service I received was excellent! Every one was very friendly and helpful. When I got my vehicle back it was beautiful inside and out! They detailed the inside with the works! This is my second vehicle that I have purchased with John L. and I have always been a satisfied customer. Thank you !

We took our 2012 Malibu in for servicing on a Saturday and had the best service. The service people were pleasant, the waiting area clean with hot coffee. The servicing only took 30 minutes from check in to release of our car.It was a shock we finished so quickly on a Saturday! We only allow Sullivan to service our cars and we only own Chevrolets!!J L Sullivan is where we buy all our vehicles they are fair and reliable.I wouldn't think about going anywhere else!

I have been getting my car serviced here since I moved to California over 2 years ago. The service has been great every time, and the longest I have had to wait is an hour and a half. It isn't bad waiting because they have a nice waiting room and have donuts in the morning! :) The staff is very friendly, helpful, and I feel like I can trust them. I highly recommend John L. Sullivan Chevrolet! :)

AutoGator, Inc.
So far i have gotten two cars from here. From the first time i walked into this establishment i was treated very nicely. They are great about disclosing any known problems of the vehicle (unlike most ads on Craigslist) i have referred a few friends and family and I am going there next week to look at another car .Forget stick with AutoGator

I go here often because it's close. Someone always offers to help when I walk in. But they aren't always the most helpful. I bought a interior light bulb and wasn't sure what size. The guy found the right size but I ended up with a blue light rather then a clear light. The whole return buy again process was a pain.

I like to get my oil here, because its always fresh, and prices are low, and good variety of different one. The battery for the car last a long time from here. I also can return the old one back here too. The bathrooms are in the store but you need to ask them if you need to use it.

O'Reilly Auto Parts
I had to replace one of the head lights on our car and I dropped in to this O'Reilly's to purchase the light. It didn't just end at the purchase, the gentleman there actually offered to help me get it installed. I was so grateful! Thanks super awesome employees at this location!

Bought a car here. The experience with the salesman was awful, however the service manager Penny is amazing! She is a honest woman with integrity and exceptional customer service and the only reason we decided to stick with the purchase and come back for maintenance

Tips & Advices
Depending on the part and its overall quality, a good amount of money can be saved by purchasing aftermarket parts versus OEM parts. But aftermarket parts that are low in price might also be lower in quality and could do more harm than good to your car, or they may need to be replaced more frequently than a more expensive counterpart. This could lead to saving some money in the short term, but spending more than anticipated in the long term.
The type of tires being purchased is the most significant determinant of their price. SUV tires are more costly than average car tires. And high-performance tires are more costly than economy grade tires. On average, standard tires for an average-sized vehicle are around $100 per tire. Standard tires for an SUV are around $150 and pick-up truck tires are about $200 on average. Some dealers offer discounts if purchasing more than one tire.
Car inspections typically take about an hour. However the wait time can be longer depending on how busy the shop is. Call ahead for an appointment to avoid long wait times.
Depending on the manufacturer, certain aftermarket parts can be just as reliable as Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. But one item within a vehicle, like oil filters for instance, could have multiple manufacturers and there could be inconsistencies in quality among them.
Costs of replacing a windshield can vary greatly depending on a variety of factors:
  • Vehicle make and model
  • How much of the cost insurance will cover
  • Whether the windshield installers come to your location or you bring the vehicle to them
  • Standard service costs of the windshield installers
Generally, newer and higher-end vehicles cost more to have their windshields replaced because certain manufacturers use modified or proprietary glass types.
