my favorite dim sum restaurant, the price is good, the food is tasty, you have to arrive early if you do not want to wait half hour or longer to be seated.
4.Nem Nuong Ninh Hoa
9016 Mission Dr0.23 mi Rosemead, CA Chinese RestaurantsVietnamese RestaurantsAsian RestaurantsRestaurants
Nem Nuong Ninh Hoa probably has one of the best spring rolls in the LA area. If you've been to Brodard's in Garden Grove, this place is definitely comparable. The spring rolls with the Nem Nuong (pork roll meatball) has a special crunch that you won't find at many places. They insert a nice crispy fried eggroll in the middle to give the normally soft springroll a great crunch. The dipping sauce is a sweeter sauce than the peanut sauce you might find at other Vietnamese restaurants. Although different, it's Amazing! The Banh Beo and the Nem Chua are also great. This place is great for lunch and dinner, and since it's tucked away behind an In-n-Out there usually isn't a crazy wait like you'd find at Vietnam House or Golden Deli just a few blocks away. Large portions, inexpensive, and good food.

This is one of the place Pho places in SGV. I have been coming here for years. Their #1 House Pho is great for a cold day and/or hang over cure. The Vermicelli noodles with Egg Roll and Grilled Beef is my favorite and great on a hot SoCal day. A norm that you will run to if you are not from the area is service and atmosphere. Yes service can be slow and unattentive at times. Yes the place is packed and the tables might not be completely cleaned. But this is what you get at MOST Asian places and it's no worse than other places. So if you like Vietnamese food, you have to come and try it out. The slow service and the closely packed tables is just part of the experience!

A real authentic Sichuan restaurant. Highly recommend Bo Bo Chicken in red pepper oil sauce. Wait time is long though.

Went to 888 on a weekday so it wasn't too crowded. The service was on top of everything and it was cheap relative to other dim sum restaurants. The food was good too!
Seems like we hit a network glitch.
