Approved Sales and Financing
I bought a 98 Ford Taurus there with cash up front. Very good deal I got. The car was great on only needed minor work and it lasted for 2 years until somebody side swiped it. Other than that very good car and Tom is a nice person. Deal with him directly if possible. He said he wouldn't sell me a piece of junk and you know what? He didn't because this car was very good. You have to take care of the cars you buy. New or used. The plates and title did take a little while to get as well but at least they came. I went to Approved Auto to see from time to time. It took about a month. You have to remember that you aren't the only person buying a car. It does take some time. And cash flow issues were probably on the people financing cars who are behind on payments possibly. I couldn't say but that is my guess. Again..great place to get a car if you have a budget. Fix the issues with the car as soon as you can when you buy a car because if you let it will have big problems down the road.

I have been buying cars from them for years. And realistcally you know your buying a used car things are going to happen especially if a car is over a certain amount of years old. Theses cars are from auctions seriously they dont have esp on something happening to cars. They just happen thats why its as is or you buy a warrantee. They can control a car breaking down.

Tips & Advices
The most common types of roofing material are:
  • Asphalt shingles
  • Metal roofing
  • Slate shingles
  • Concrete roofing
Metal roofing material and algae-resistant asphalt shingles are the appropriate roofing material for rainy climates.
Houses located in  areas which are prone to wildfires, should avoid the use of flammable roofing materials such as wood shingles.
Not only should you ask to get in contact with past clients, it is also recommended that  homeowners visit projects currently underway to see how the contractor or company actually performs during a job. You can also go online and check out other customer reviews.
Reputable roofers do offer a warranty against poor workmanship. Additionally, the material used often carries a warranty from the manufacturer against defects (assuming proper installation). It is the homeowner’s responsibility to check on the availability of all such warranties before any work is performed.
