Turf-Cuts
I have been using Turf-Cuts the last 2 seasons. The have always done a great job, but more importantly, they have continued to improve their level of service against other companies in the area. With their walk-behind mowers and edging, my yard is perfectly manicured every week. They do a great job of catching up and getting my yard cut whenever there is bad weather during the week. I love that you can easily pay online. This is such a convenience. It is also great that you can schedule services online in addition to your regular mowing. They offer great services at competitive prices, so I would recommend them to anyone.

Turf-Cuts
Turf-Cuts is the number one service provider for my lawn care needs. They are fast, efficient and very easy to work with. The most hassle free, convenient and most value I can find for lawn care in Northwest Arkansas. I am very pleased with the scheduling, consistency and billing methods. If I ever need to change something, skip a week, add a week, I just give a quick call or easier yet just shoot out an email and I always receive a prompt answer. I recommend the services of this firm very highly. It has been one of the best decisions I ever made- to enlist Turf-Cuts services! Lana K.

Turf-Cuts
I have recommended Turf Cuts to friends. This last year they were behind due to all of the rain and they would show up on a Saturday or a Sunday to get the work done. They also communicated when they were going to be delayed due to medical issues. I appreciated that. Not all landscaping companies in NWA are good about communicating or returning calls. I actaully wish they offered more services, I need my landscaping beds cleaned out. I really wanted my yard to be pretty and for me to not have to do anything to it, this is perfect for me. Plus it is very affordable.

Turf-Cuts
Turf-Cuts has consistently provided me with outstanding service in caring for my lawn. I started using them because they offered the best price for lawn service, but I continue to use them because they take pride in the work they do! They are very thorough and conduct their work with speed and care. I would and have consistently recommend their services to others in Northwest Arkansas because they value customer input, they are good at what they do, and they have the absolute best value for services! Thank you Brian for all you do!

These guys are great! My wife is very picky and particular, and has been very vocal in the past about lawn services not being up to snuff in terms of quality of work and punctuality. So, going into this last year with Turf-Cuts as our new lawn service providers I was ready to hear about any shortcomings. However, throughout the spring and summer and into the fall all my wife and I had to comment about was how great this crew was, and how responsive the office was to any requests we had!

Bradford Nursery Inc.
I tried the box stores and the staff is simply not up to the task of giving sound advice. I spent more money in the long run with (hesitant to say) the big stores. I went to Bradford's and was completely shocked at what all I wasn't being told. They are certainly passionate and knowledgeable. I now know where to go for great plants and people.

Turf-Cuts
life is full of things we don't want to do...changing diapers, going to work, cleaning your house, mowing the lawn to say a few. In a world where prices continue to rise and expectations diminish, I'm proud to say I have full faith in this company to do a great job and have great prices.

I love the fact that I can pay online and even pay in advance. The flexibility in paying for a local service keeps me coming back. The mowers are quick and concise in their job. They listen to my concerns and see best how to help my yard look the best that it can.

I thought I knew what I was doing. I was wrong and the folks at the Nursery set me straight. I was doing twice the work for half of the results. I love easier methods for treating and taking care of my yard. A happy yard makes for a happy man.
Tips & Advices
Yes, many nurseries ship plants and trees, but inter-state shipping regulations are complex and strict, and nurseries must be in compliance regardless of whether that disallows a customer order. Also, even if items are allowed to ship, they might not survive if outside the proper USDA growing zones--in which case a nursery might try to discourage the customer from placing the order.
The ease of caring for fruit trees varies according to where you live, but lemon trees and apple trees are widely considered easy to grow. Pear trees are fast-growing but need to be planted alongside another pear variety to bear fruit. Stone fruit trees, especially cherries and plums, are popular in regions with defined seasons and cool winters.  In hot/humid regions, banana trees (producing small varieties of banana) and mango trees are known as “fast fruiters” that require little care.
Plant Hardiness Zones are the government-researched standard geographical breakdown of broad climate regions across the United States. The USDA has created a map of the United States, which includes 11 planting zones. This map helps gardeners determine what to plant when, based on accumulated weather data. Factors like soil quality and microclimates are not accounted for in the USDA Plant Hardiness Zones, and should certainly be taken into consideration as well.
Perennial plants and trees grow anew each spring, and are dormant in the winter. Annuals have a lifespan of only one growing season, and need to be replanted each year.
Evergreen is a term for plants and trees that keep some green foliage year-round. While the term “evergreen” is closely associated with pine trees, many other types of trees are also evergreen, including live oak, blue spruce, eucalypts, and most of the coniferous cousins of pine.
