shopping in the store on one occasion. I requested to purchase a item and was told by Jeremy I would have to wait 10 days to purchase it. I called periodically,no success. I returned on the 9th day,I picked 2 other items & the cashier was Ringing up and I mentioned stop please check the item I wanted initially. She and staff looked,no success of locating the item. The conversation continued trying while casually trying to locate the item. All of a sudden someone mention out loud that the item has been sold. I ask how could it have been so if the 10 days have not expired, why was I not notified and why did they have me calling back-and-forth and coming in on the day before schedule sale date. All of this conversation went on from a staff member that was behind a partition. I ask who was I talking,to come out. This person was Jeremy,he stood there and watched these people go back-and-forth searching for the item and finally admitted that he had purchased it. Not Good Business!
