Homes Now
Don't rent from Homes Now they are a joke in the lease agreement was stating that there is no racial slurs and my husband reported to the management Angel she wouldn't do nothing about it and when the neighbors above us was drunk as a skunk and would have their music up loud after 10pm. Also we had problems with the other neighbor across from us and they kept calling the police in us a few times for no reason and yes we did call the police on them because of a domestic dispute above us and again we report to the Angel and to Lou and they both failed to do their jobs over and over again. Hope future tetanus that when they do move I hope by that time they'll have new landlords and I hope Angel and all of them wind up being fired. I hope there will be no changes under new management for the future tenants that way a new person can actually do their job and actually care and seriously do something about it instead of ignoring because ignoring the problem won't make the problem go away. * My husband and I rented from them back in 2016*

I would rate this 0 stars if i could. DO NOT RENT from this man. He is the worst Slumlord in existence. He will evict you or at least try within the 2nd mo you live there. He doesnt fix anything and will harass you constantly. There isnt enough room to write all the bad things. Reach out if you want details.

Homes Now
I recently sold my home of 45 years here in Rockford, IL. At a critical juncture, of the closing date and the need for housing, I approached Homes Now. They did an outstanding job on a very professional level to work with me on that transition. For those that don't know, at a closing, things can fall through, that puts a person between a rock and hard place.Homes Now worked with me on that and everything has turned out great!!Since taking over my new apartment, anything and everything that has been a concern, has been handled timely and again in a professional manner by the management and ownership of Homes Now. They have made my Christmas card list!!I highly recommend them for any housing needs that may come up in anyone's future. DANE HIME

Mobil
They don't have non-ethanol gas. Went out of my way and they just have the regular versions of gas that all the stations have. No RV fuel.

I LIVE IN COUNTRY PLACE APARTMENTS IN DWIGHT. IL. THIS PLACE IS UNBELIEVABLE. YOU CALL THE LEASING OFFICE NO ONE IS EVER HERE. YOU LEAVE A MESSAGE AND YOU NEVER GET A PHONE CALL BACK. SO THEN YOU TRY TO CALL THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE.THE MANAGER JENNY YELLS AND SCREAMS AT THE TENANTS. SHE ORDERS YOU AROUND. SHE IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE.THEY NEVER FIX ANYTHING. THERE WAS AN ALTERCATION WITH A COUPLE TENANTS AND MANAGEMENT WAS SO RUDE TO ONE OF THE TENANTS INVOLVED. I FELT SO SORRY FOR HER. THE REGIONAL MANAGER ACTUALLY FORCED HIMSELF INTO HER-APARTMENT AGAINST HER WISHES YELLING. I AM THE REGIONAL MANAGER I CAN COME IN ANYTIME I WANT TO. IF YOU DO NOT LET ME IN I WILL HAVE YOU THROWN OUT BY THE END OF THE WEEK!!! I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO APPALLED. I CANNOT IMAGINE HOW SHE FELT.
Tips & Advices
Driver can find the cheapest gas prices by using an app to search for the lowest prices in their area.  Some apps such as Gas Guru take note of your location, and provide a list of gas stations nearby, along with the cost of gas currently being sold at each station.
There are things you can do to slightly improve the fuel efficiency of your vehicle. Make sure your car's tires are properly inflated, and treat your engine to regular tune-ups. Check your engine's air filter, since a dirty air filter will compromise fuel economy.
Drivers must shut their engine off before pumping gas because it's illegal to fuel with the engine running, even though this law isn't always aggressively enforced. Pumping gas with the engine running can compromise your safety. When your car's engine is running, it's possible for its catalytic converters to generate heat that could ignite gasoline, and start a fire.
Even though many gas stations have warnings advising you not to use your cell phone while fueling, the chances of cell phones igniting a gasoline vapor fire are extremely remote. However, fires at the gas pump may be caused by static electricity discharge. For safe fueling, it's recommended that you turn off your car's engine and avoid smoking at the pump. Also, you should never re-enter your vehicle while refueling.
Many factors contribute to the lack of uniformity in gas prices. Retailers consider their tax responsibilities when setting gas prices. States place varying taxes on gasoline retailers, and a state with higher taxes will have higher gas prices than a state in which the taxes are lower. Also, if a gas station is located in an especially competitive area, a branded operator may receive wholesale discounts that allow the station to sell gas at a lower price. This is done by brands to keep their gas competitive in tight markets.
