Robin Hood Rpm
$145 for new trans fluid and filter. Truck sounded perrrrrrfect when we dropped it off, can't say the same when we picked it up. We had a clunking sound coming from under the truck when we'd take off in drive or move in reverse. Robin Hood owner swore they didn't do anything to it and it's now the chain in our transfer case that needs to be tightened and to take it to his buddy.Hell no I'm not!!!!!! We took our truck to Forest Hills Automotive and found out Robin Hood sheared off our trans mount bolts!!!!!!!! Freshly sheared off!!!! Of course Robin Hood said they didn't touch the bolts. Bullshit!!!!!!!! Then why did Robin Hood pay half the bill to fix their mistake if they didn't do it!!!???? NEVER TAKE A VEHICLE TO ROBIN HOOD!!!!!!

Sears Auto Center
Terrible service!! My brother brought his car in just for a simple oil change. One day later, he noticed the smell, weird sound of his car and saw the oil spilled all over his garage floor. He opened the hood and saw the oil engine cap was missing and left open. The hood's interior side and the engine were soaked with oil. This's just terrible service. I have to ask how is this store operate their jobs. So careless and irresponsible.

Ping's Auto Service
Tom the owner was very honest with me. He explained the best and worst case scenario for the jeep I brought into his shop today. Tom not only filled air in my tires to make the psi correct but gave me a fair estimate on how much it would cost to replace my tires with new ones. Thank you Tom.

Ellis & Ellis Inc
My experience with Ellis & Ellis was unparalleled in terms of the honesty and fairness I received - not just in my experiences with car repair, but in all the customer service interactions I can remember. There was a mixup with my car. At first, the lack of organization was upsetting. However, the issue was resolved above and beyond what I expected. Ellis & Ellis not only waived the cost of the labor and parts, but also reimbursed me for the car rental I had to get. To me, this is extraordinary. This reimbursement will go right back into their register as they've got yet another happy customer for life.

Sears Auto Center
I had a great experience at Sears Auto Center. My starter went out on my old van. Caleb the manager was very upfront with what needed to be done as well as the cost. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends.

This "company" is a joke. I didn't even want to give them one star, they don't even deserve that. I'd report this to the BBB but go figure, they aren't a part of it!! They don't care about their customers, they only care about money. I mailed my payment out on time and they didn't receive it before Friday. So on Saturday they came and repossessed my vehicle. By Saturday my payment was only one day late with their "grace period", 3 days without it. When the nephew of the owner came to take my car, they stalked me while I was driving with my children in the car, when I arrived home they stopped and parked. I didn't know it was them but was scared someone was following me. So when the nephew walked up I asked what he was doing. He said he was going to take the vehicle. I told him no, that my payment was mailed and I had duplicate checks and showed him the receipt of the check. He said he didn't care. I asked to get my sons car seat out of the car and some other essential items and he was very mean about it. He told me to call them on Monday. When I called I left 3 messages and nobody called back. Every time I called to speak to Wayne the owner I was told he wasn't there and either got hung up on or was treated very mean when I asked to leave a message. Funny thing is when I went there to get the rest of my stuff from my vehicle he was there and treating me very mean. All he cared about was money, not trying to help me get my vehicle back. If he would've returned my calls it would be completely different. He was not nice to me at all. This place is a bunch of crooks. Don't go here. Go to someplace nice like JD Byrider. Where they offer warranties and actually fix things wrong with the cars, not loop you through a big ordeal to fix something. They repo quickly so they can add money into your account!! They don't care about helping their customers.
Tips & Advices
An immobilizer is used to prevent your car from being stolen, and this electronic device causes your car's engine to stop running unless a specific key is present. Recent studies have shown that immobilizers have reduced car theft by as much as 40 percent. All cars sold in the United States  since 2012 come standard with immobilizers, and aftermarket versions are available for older cars.
An anti-hijack system is a device that is used to discourage and prevent criminals from hijacking cars. Many anti-hijack systems use a car's alarm or immobilizer system to help achieve their objective. The best anti-hijack systems will work to initiate a quick and safe shutdown of your car if it is stolen.
A curb feeler is also known as a curb finder, and it's a device that's used to let drivers know when they're at an ideal distance from the curb for parallel parking. Curb feelers extend out from the car's body, near the wheels. They scrape against the curb if the driver gets too close, and they help prevent damage to the car's wheels when parking.
A car body kit is a set of customized body parts that have been designed to modify the appearance of a stock car. In many cases, a car body kit is comprised of components such as front and rear bumpers, spoilers, and side skirts. These kits may be made of fiberglass, carbon fiber, or polyurethane.
A cargo barrier is a device that fits in the rear of your vehicle, and it's used to shield passengers from large loads contained in the rear of the vehicle. Cargo barriers are also used to shield passengers from pets being transported in the vehicle's rear area. These barriers promote passenger safety.
