Dingy. Room was hot all night. Elevators slow and worked poorly. Here for wedding and brides room had the toilet back up.Breakfast buffet food was cold.No communication between staff.

All In One Travel Spot
Omg. What a great vacation we had using All In One Travel Spot. We were able to find the cheapest prices and if you really don't know what to do at your destination. All in one travel spot has an attraction page to where you can book tickets to shows, amusement parks and everything. I would definetly reccommend this site for anyone's travel needs.

It's Disgusting and the service is poor. After my experience, no one reached out to me nor has anyone from the corporate office ever contacted me. Here's my story. i was on a business trip. After arriving into Rochester and dealing with having to pick up a car and locate baggage after being up since 5am and being in the gauntlet of the Atlanta airport... one would say i was exhausted. When i arrived at the hotel I dropped off things, began to unpack, then left the room. Now once I was back in the room all I could think of was let's relax. On the surface things looked fine. I typically check linen upon arrival at hotels. But I was so tired, I didn't have the opportunity to do a now thorough check that I will do going forward. I was at this location for a week on business. After being there a couple of nights, I started parking to ensure I didn't leave anything and I noticed my bedding looked stained and no stains that I would have produced. Upon further investigation, I pulled the top fitted sheet off only to find the mattress cover had a huge stain in the center of along with other stains that were red in color. In my disgust, I immediately phone the front desk and ask for manager to come to my room and the person that answered replied with she was the only manager available and she was at the front desk. I then said, "Great, because I only need one."Long story short, the manager comes up to the room looks and the top sheet sees no stains, but can see the shadow of colors coming through the top sheet he pulls the fitted sheet back to find the soiled mattress cover. Her only reply came with an apology. No attempt for another room, nothing. I left that morning and will not go back. Lesson learned.
