Leasing my very first car seemed like a daunting task. Would I qualify for a loan? Could I find a car in my price range that coincided with my style? But my biggest concern was: Am I going to be given the typical car salesmen speech and get ripped off? When I walked into Bob Johnson, representatives were very attentive, but not in an obnoxious way. My sales specialist was Scott Rocco, and he was absolutely fantastic, he took me out onto the lot, showed me options in my price range, let me drive a couple, and made sure I was completely satisfied with my choice. It really was a great experience. I ended up leasing a 2014 Chevrolet Cruze LT RTS all on my own, no co-signer (at the age of 23). The finance manager was very informative, and walked me through all the paperwork. Within 24 hours, I went back to Bob Johnson, signed the paperwork and drove off the lot an hour later. I can’t emphasize enough what a great experience this was. If you’re a first time buyer, no worries, Bob Johnson is honestly there to help get you into a car that works for you. I highly recommend this car dealership and am looking forward to working them again in 3 years when my lease is up.

In the past buying a car was like going to the dentist and just never a good experience. We were referred to Universal Imports by our friends who said it was not your typical "let me ask my manager" experience. We went in with specific needs and budget - with having three young kids we need room. We didn't see any cars on location that would fit our needs, but after talking with Mark he said he would find the car for us. At first I was skeptical (after all I had never had a good experience at other places), but I was truly impressed with how quickly he really did find the perfect car in our budget!Buying my car at Universal has changed my perspective on buying cars and it was actually enjoyable! When I look back on my experience the words that come to mind are honest, integrity, customer comes first, easy. Thank you to Mark and the entre team at Universal - you have gained a customer for life with your great service!

Before we even walked in the door, Paul greeted us and was so incredibly welcoming. We had never leased a vehicle before and were nervous about the entire process and financial requirements. Further, my fiancé had to work later in the day and we didn't have much time on our hands. Paul eased us of every worry and took the process step by step - allowing the experience to be enjoyable rather than overwhelming. He listened to our preferences and picked out the perfect vehicle. He made us a complete priority the entire time we were there and helped us speed through the process. By time my fiancé had to leave for work, Paul had me in my dream lease vehicle where he sat with me and walked me through every button and answered every single question. We have never had such a wonderful experience! We took a referral from a friend, Alysse Malone, and couldn't be happier! We will be returning in the future.

Thank you for the time you spent helping me get a new car, I came unsure of what I wanted and you took the time to go over the different options and help me find the best car for me and I really appreciate that. I absolutely love the rouge!! I know you guys were very busy Tuesday night but you never made me feel rushed or pressured to make a decision I wouldn't be happy with. I appreciate you working with your manager to get the exact car and color I wanted for a price that was around where I wanted it to be. I'm sure it wasn't an easy task given the payments still due on my car and the information I was given online but you guys made it happen. It’s not often that I feel compelled to write a review or reach out to a business and express my thanks for a job well done, but Vision Dodge deserves just that. The service department was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and completed the work earlier than expected. When I arrived to pick it up, I walked through the sales department and was greeted by a friendly salesmen that was helpful with directing me to where I had to go. I’ve been to other dealerships where salesmen swarm you the minute you pull into the lot and try and sell you a car but that is not my experience here. I will definitely return to Vision Dodge for service of my vehicle and will talk to them when I am ready to buy a new car. Job well done.

Anthony Angotti took the exact amount of time to listen to my specific needs and navigated me to vehicle that suites my family's and my personal needs. He continued to contact me to let me know the paperwork that I had to come back to the dealership with via text and calls which made the deal flow without hang ups. On delivery day he spent incredible amount of time showing me every feature available on the truck. He took me through every aspect of the nav and media features as well as settings which gave me clear understanding of the vehicles touch screen computer. Finally, the professionalism throughout was an outstanding experience

Our experience at Vision Hyundai was amazing! I leased my 3rd Hyundai from this dealership (2013 loaded Santa Fe!) and my husband leased his first Hyundai (2012 Sonata Hybrid!). The salesmen and manager were so helpful and answered all of our questions. The dealership is very tidy and appealing on the inside and out. The salesman also showed us how to use all the gadgets in our new cars. He even hooked up our Bluetooth and got us started on our Blue Link accounts. We could not have been happier with our experience and we will absolutely come back here for our next cars when the leases are up!

This is the 6th vehicle I have either purchased or leased over the years. the last 5 Wayne Rainer has been my sales reap, who is extremely knowledgeable on every car I have purchased from him. He is pleasant and honest as the day is long.When it comes to service of your vehicle, you find that you are well taken car of, not taken for a ride. The staff work hard to be sure you trust them, and not try to push you out the door.The Service Manager " John Dakin " I have known for about 35 years now. He goes all out to have the best service going of any dealership you can find in Rochester.

I am a recent college grad that was looking for a good value car to last me the next few years. I stumbled upon an '04 Acura RSX with low miles on Craigslist and connected with Royal Motors regarding the car. The owner, Roy Brock, moved very quickly and accommodated to my hectic schedule during the testing and buying experience. The car was car fax certified and he allowed me to take it to my mechanic for inspection. The customer service was great, the price was FANTASTIC given the condition and there was absolute transparency during the buying process. Recommend!

They did pull a bait and switch on me. Offered me a price, then raised it when I arrived, claiming an error. Then grossly lowballed my trade in value, and lied to my face about why they're lowballing, knowing i'm fully aware that they are trying to do me dirty, and still doing it anyway. As a customer, be willing to walk away if they try to insult and disrespect you with an atrociously low offer on a trade, or a pathetically obvious bait and switch on the offer price.. Do your homework, know the fair values of the vehicles you're dealing with.
