Leone Plumbing and Heating
After recently moving into our house, we were having some very funky smells in our basement, a laundry ”closet” that just didn’t work and drainage issues in our yard. We called Leone Plumbing. Andy and his crew did a great job. All basement issues were resolved and a half bath was installed, drainage issues were fixed and the laundry room is now completely functional. A new set of stairs now makes a huge improvement going to our basement family room. Raphael did an amazing job! He was courteous, professional and a pleasure to have in our house. Any issues that arose, as they often do in a renovation, he just took care of them. I would not hesitate for a moment to call Leone Plumbing for any work that may be in our future and would highly recommend them to anyone. Leone Plumbing is an honest and conscientious company to call for remodeling or emergency service.

Leone Plumbing and Heating
Called Leone with a issue with my sump in the basement. They troubleshot the issue on the phone and a even though I set up an appointment they solved my problem with no visit. Smart guys, great attitudes and I felt the passion for doing what was right by me. I am a Leone customer from here on out and will refer them to anyone that needs their services. Give them a shout - you will not regret it, I know I didn't!

Leone Plumbing and Heating
Had an issue with a hot water heater. Andy himself spent hours at my house fixing the issue. He was courteous, honest, and great about the whole situation. I appreciated that he truly cared about getting it fixed and wanted to make sure the job was done right! I would recommend Leone plumbing to everyone!

Kiefer's Plumbing Svc
I was very impressed. Steve Tarana is very knowledgeable and personable. He did not try to take advantage of my plumbing mess. I would definitely refer him to my friends and family.
Tips & Advices
  • Are you licensed and registered?
  • Are you insured and bonded?
  • How many years have you been in business?
  • What, if any, professional associations do you belong to?
  • May I have a list of references?
  • Do you offer a written warranty for your work?
  • Will I need a permit for this work?
It is important to have a written warranty for any work or repairs done to the plumbing in your house, especially if it is a major repair. Look for a professional  who is willing to  stand by his or her work.
Before you hire a plumber, contact their past customers if you're able to. These people can be a wealth of information if you ask them the right questions. Pose the following queries to these former patrons when you get the chance:
  • Were you pleased with the work done?
  • Was the project completed on time?
  • Did the plumber give you a written warranty and guarantee his or her work?
  • Were there any unexpected costs that arose?
  • Would you hire this plumber again? If not, why?
A permit provides added assurance that the work is done correctly. Having this in place means an inspector will check the work your contractor or plumber does to ensure he or she did the job correctly. If you plan on putting your house or commercial building on the market, a real estate agent and prospective buyers will want to check any large work you did to make sure it was done properly.
A trustworthy plumber will have both commercial liability insurance as well as be bonded. The insurance and the bond protects the plumber from paying for any damages made to your house out of pocket. Having professionals that carry both of these policies can protect all of you from any mishaps that could occur while they work on your building.
