I just got off the phone with T M Cobb. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful but she transferred me to a woman who thought, A. I was wasting her time B. I should know the lingo that her company uses daily C. That I was an idiot for not being able to speak her language. I feel that if I'm purchasing a product from someone, the least they could do is treat their customers nicely. She did the whole, "uhhhhh... we carry LOTS of doors here, which one are you taking about?" Thought that was rude. Plus their doors aren't very good quality. One year warranty on all of their products? They don't even have faith in their own products? Kinda scary.
