kyle is the worst person I have ever met. He and his company are cheats on there website they offer 100% satisfaction or refund and on there invoice which is generated afterwards it's written no refund. They shout at customer once they get there money. I will not refer anyone. A big nooooooo I would have given a negative rating but no options

Took my jeep to get a stereo head unit installed. I thought it would be a smooth process since they specialize in car audio, but it was a nightmare. Took them over an hour to install a head unit. The man at the front desk then takes me to my car to show it to me, and I immedately notice a big crack in the vent near the stereo. The shop had denied they damaged it. The manager was no help, he just said "wellll ughhhh they aren't suppose to touch the vent ughhhhh". I ended up having to pay 50$ on eBay for a new one, and all they did was install it for free. The manager is a poor communicator and is always busy when he is talking with you. I also have to go back since static is coming from my speakers when the head unit slightly moves. Can't wait to have fun with them.....but yeah don't waste your time here. Go to Audio express just down the road for car Audio.

I have never done nbusiness with rpm but knew they were a very big custom part store here in Rva. I didn't go to the main store but went to the Mobil 1 store for a tire alignment. Yes my car is lowered. I called to make sure they could do it, Jeff assured my the could for 129.00 dollars. I dropped the car off Friday before Labor Day weekend and that Tuesday Jeff called saying that my car could not be aligned because my camber is roughly neg 3 and insisted on adjustable upper control arms being purchased n that one of my wheel studs had broken off. I was cool under I asked him to replace the stud n he told me the stud itself was 18.00 dollars and $90 in labor. So I ordered the control arms and rear camber kit and take him a picture of the both. He told me not only had I ordered the wrong part but He had no clue as to wat it would take to align the car so he was assuming that would work. And he had been doing the job for 30yrs and I had ordered the wrong part. I have 6 other mechanics that have verified that I have in fact bought the correct items but they will be willing to do the alignment for 60$ less than rpm. Bottom line: if it's not at the main store. Stay away from rpm

Very BAD AND AWFUL Customer Service. Before calling themselves as professional this guys should know how to speak. They were doing aggressive sales pitch. I don't care how there service is but the way they speak, I am sure that I will not refer this to anyone.Meaning of professionalism sucks when you hear from this folks.
Tips & Advices
Window tint film is typically applied to the inside of your car window. The film is first laid across the outside of the car window, and it's cut to fit the window's dimensions. Then the trimmed piece of tint film is installed on the inside of the car window.
Tinted windows offer several benefits. They can reduce the amount of heat in a car's cabin by as much as 50 percent, and this can lighten your fuel bill by making you less reliant on air conditioning in hot weather. Tinted windows block UV light, and this can protect drivers and passengers  from sunburn and skin cancer. Also, tinted windows protect the components of a car's cabin from being faded by the sun.
Ceramic tint is a type of film used to darken windows. Ceramic tint is a high-quality product, and it's typically the most expensive type of film tint on the market. This type of tint contains a ceramic particle that nonconductive and nonmetallic, and it can reduce solar heat within your car's cabin by as much as 50 percent.
A limo tint is one of the darkest tints available on the market. A limo tint has a VLT of just 5 percent. This means that the tint allows just 5 percent of exterior light to enter the car's cabin. A limo tint on the front side windows is illegal in all states except Michigan.
Window tinting percentages refer to the amount of light that a tint allows into a vehicle's cabin. This is known as the tint's visible light transference, or VLT. The higher the VLT, the lighter the tint of the window. For example, a window with a VLT of 30 percent would be much darker than a window with a VLT of 70 percent.
