    THE BEST!! I HAD A SMALL LEAK ON MY VIPER. I ASKED JOSH AT MINCZ TIRE OF A SUGESTION ON WHERE TO REPAIR IN RICHMOND. HE SAID L&S OK SO I BROUGHT IT TO L&S ON MONDAY WAS READY FOR PICK UP ON WEDNESDAY. WOW! THATS GREAT. BUT WHATS EVEN BETTER WAS THE TOTAL COST TO REPAIR. I WAS READY TO SPEND $300. - $400. ON REPAIRS AND 850.00 FOR A NEW RADIATOR. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS EXCELLENT VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. EXCELLENT SERVICE. VERY HONEST AND TRUST WORTHY I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO USE THESE GUYS.

    I had my radiator flow tested and when I talked to someone on the phone earlier they said a flow test is free. They could not get a new radiator in the time frame I needed (that day). When I went to pick it up the guy said $20 for the flow test. I was all set to pay - handed him my credit card and mentioned that on the phone someone told me it was free. He said that it is free if you buy a radiator from them - makes sense - but was not what I was told. I was ready and willing to pay (gave him my credit card already) and he screamed at me about do I think they give away everything and proceeded to throw my credit card at me and yelled at me to get out! Nice customer service....

    My mechanic got my radiator from L&S. I had an issue with the radiator and the mechanic, but L&S honored the warranty, transferred it to my new mechanic and had the part shipped there directly. There were great and honest when they could have just said that they'd only deal with the mechanic they sold it to.



    Thanks to them, I save over $200 … and a lot of a headache.
