American Post & Construction
Dale, the owner of American Post & Construction, and his partner installed a white pine fence on one side of my property this Oct.,2015. I could not be more happy or impressed with this shadow box fence.! Dale came out and tore down the old wood fence, dug up the old concrete posts and hauled everything away in one day. Dale came back the next day and installed about 16 posts , set in concrete.. Two days later, when the concrete set they came back and installed this beautiful fence. I've had a lot of service work done over the years and Dale's craftsmanship and attention to detail was a work of art! He used a level on both sides of the shadow box fence (my neighbor's side also) to make sure the panels were perfectly straight.! I would recommend this company to anyone. If anyone would like to see this fence, call me at 216-509-4552, or just drive by the house (1431 Richmond Rd.,Lyndhurst, Ohio.....Mike

Carrara Companies
As an insurance agent Carrara is a great company to work with. Never have had any complaints about the work they have completed.
Tips & Advices
The most common types of roofing material are:
  • Asphalt shingles
  • Metal roofing
  • Slate shingles
  • Concrete roofing
Metal roofing material and algae-resistant asphalt shingles are the appropriate roofing material for rainy climates.
Houses located in  areas which are prone to wildfires, should avoid the use of flammable roofing materials such as wood shingles.
Not only should you ask to get in contact with past clients, it is also recommended that  homeowners visit projects currently underway to see how the contractor or company actually performs during a job. You can also go online and check out other customer reviews.
Reputable roofers do offer a warranty against poor workmanship. Additionally, the material used often carries a warranty from the manufacturer against defects (assuming proper installation). It is the homeowner’s responsibility to check on the availability of all such warranties before any work is performed.
