I talked with Deaderick first on the phone and then worked with David while at the dealership. Both were very professional and helpful. I did the shopping legwork and then my husband, Russ, joined me after work to look at the Murano and review the VPP pricing and trade in offer on my minivan. Russ was so pleased with the offer on the new car and the trade in that we made the deal that evening and drove home with the new Murano. I usually dread buying a car--the long day of haggling, then off to do the financing and more of a wait, but this was the best experience ever. The financing process was incredibly fast. I will definitely recommend David and Deaderick to friends and family. I also contacted the parts department yesterday to see about purchasing a cargo mat for my Murano. They had one in stock and held it for me. When I went to pick it up, I was in and out of the dealership quickly and the parts employee carried it to my car and installed it for me. Loved that it only took 10 minutes to do this! The worst part about visiting the dealership is finding parking.

I purchased a new 2015 Edge, with James Mathias. I had a great exeperience. I came to north central ford after visiting another dealership a few days prior. My experience with James with completely opposite (in the best way possible) than my experience at five star ford in lewisville. James was friendly the entire time, personable, and never condescending. He has great customer service and is knowledgeable of what he's doing, he worked hard to get me a deal we both thought was fair. the whole process was quick and painless even with finance. I was in and out with a new car in a few hours. Overall the rest of the staff was very friendly too and I was greeted by nearly everyone I walked past. It was a great experience and I will definitely recommend James to friends and family who are looking to buy a Ford in the future. I love the vehicle and am very pleased with my purchase.

I want to say that your dealership is great, I drove 4 1/2 hours to buy 2 atvs that I had found online. Chris worked the deal over the phone, once I got there he had the paperwork ready, and the at was just as it was described on the website. The parts team went out of there way to fix a gun mount for a Can Am outlander at, they just would not give up. I will always be a customer at Richardson Powersports and have told several people how I was treated and recommended the dealership. Keep up the good work!!!!

Chris and Kyle worked an incredible deal for me on my new Stratoliner Deluxe. I was delighted to receive better than trade in value for my old bike. Financing was fast and incredibly easy. I worked with Kyle via Email and phone throughout most of the process. Finally me face to face when my wife and I signed the paperwork on our new 2014 Maverick Xrs. The entire process was made simple and easy by Kyle. After signing, the parts dept. was helpful and knowledgeable with the accessories the we bought also. Other dealerships, no matter the type, should take notes and lessons from Kyle and his crew!!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! This is not a company you want to do business with as You can see from all of the NEGATIVE REVIEWS. Unscrupulous is a very good word for them. Go in knowing your credit score and what your trade in is worth because they will have you paying a ridiculous interest rate, undervalue your trade in and will make promises that they have no intention of keeping. SHOP AROUND BEFORE GOING HERE!!!

I was having issues with my tire light and since this happened before I just thought the sensor was overly sensitive. My advisor suggested checking the tires for a nail. I am very happy with this diagnosis/repair because it was right before Mother`s Day and I was planning a trip to East Texas. I will continue to have my service done through your shop! I bought a new car here last year, and I've never bought a car and had it serviced by the dealer I bought it from. One year into this and all my oil changes have been free. They're super convenient and the new waiting room is a great place to spend a few minutes while they do the service. Overall, this is what I wanted when I bought this car, and this Fusion Titanium is a blast!!!

Mr Roy Coleman is my service person and has been since 2008. He's always very courteous and makes valid suggestions. He'll let me know what will need attention in the near future.
