Everyone is very helpful; however, I worked directly with Sam. He is concise, friendly, transparent, and operated with integrity through the entire process. He went out of his way to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my vehicle. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase! I appreciate that he is extremely knowledgeable about the auto business, provided insight, and genuine desires to help his customers. I would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family. BUY ANYWHERE ELSE! I live in Houston, but drove to 3.5 hours to Richardson Jeep because they had the new Jeep Grand Cherokee color/package I was looking for. I drove my new Jeep straight home and parked it in my driveway. 1 day later, while driving down a residential street, the check engine light came on and the vehicle lost power. I took it to the nearest Jeep dealership where it remained for 35 days while they tried to figure out what was wrong with it. They told me they were in constant communication with Chrysler engineers to troubleshoot the problem, but got nowhere. Eventually, they decided to disassemble the entire front end and replace anything they thought might be the cause. After 35 days they gave the vehicle back and told me it was fixed. The next day, the check engine light came on again. I took it back to the same dealership where they kept it another 5 days. Immediately after the vehicle first broke (2 days after I bought it), I called Richardson Jeep. They refused to take the vehicle back. I continued calling them several times a week while the vehicle was being repaired asking for their help, but was offered none. One of their managers did offer to pay for my rental car, but they never followed through with it. I ended up paying about $1200 for a rental car. To date, I've received no reimbursement for the rental car, the 3 days I had to take off work to handle the repairs, or the ridiculous inconvenience of the entire incident. This is the 4th Jeep that I've bought, but I will never buy another. Just as importantly, I will never buy any vehicle from a Richardson dealership ever again. I bought a brand new vehicle from them that broke a day later and they provided next to zero assistance. They don't stand behind their vehicles and they will abandon you the second you pay them. BUY ELSEWHERE!
I WAS SCAMMED, STAY AWAY! I bought a used 2012 Mazda 3 in 2014 from this dealership. Everything went smooth, seriously the least time I've ever spent buying a car. The process went too fast, the general manager Lisa sold me a 100,000-mile warranty for $2,000, she neglected to state the warranty she sold me was only good for 100,000 miles OR 3 YEARS whichever came first. I would have never knowingly spent 2k+interest on a warranty for 3 years. I only found this out after I took my vehicle in for service because debris managed to get into the blower motor, an apparent $800 repair. The warranty expired 4 months ago. When I addressed this with management on site, they refused to take accountability and said there's nothing they could do. So I paid 2k + interest for nothing. Never giving this dealership a penny EVER again. Beware of shady business practices used by this business. They take advantage of customers without batting an eye. Shame on you Lisa.
STAY AWAY! This place is the absolute worst. I washed my vehicle and inspected the lights, windshield wipers, breaks, and all fluids. Two days later I brought my car in to have it inspected. The inspection was completed and afterwards I was brought inside to be shown a 1.5 inch tear on the driver's side windshield wiper. I advised the manager that I had inspected the wiper blades prior to bringing it in for the inspection and that the tear was not there. He stated that they will not pass my car for inspection due to the ripped wiper blade. My options were to have them fail vehicle inspection or pay their price and have new windshield wipers installed.To sum it up, these people are huge scammers. After reading other reviews on here, I can see I wasn't the only one ripped off. I will never return here again for anything and will advise my friends to do the same!
