BH KRUPER RENOVATION, INC,
Stay away!! This company is a complete fraud. They took our deposit of thousands of dollars and ran away. Never returned our calls. Every time we got them on the phone they came up with another delay tactic and excuse. Dishonest, unprofessional, and a grave disappointment.

Our kitchen was remodeled couple of months ago and although we are happy with it, we had to call Roy to come over and correct some things that we had with the new kitchen. Roy came over the day after to look and see what problems we have with it and to fix them. We are very happy with the customer service that we received from Roy. He came and took care of everything without any question. The kitchen is great now and we sure we hired the right company for that.

Very good work and good service too! Roy and his crew did replace the concrete at the back of the house and did a new stamp concrete with nice design. While they worked on that, I asked Roy if he can provide me with an estimate of replacing all the doors inside the house with a full wood ones. Roy was able to give me a great deal on that too. The doors were replaced and painted by Roy's workers and I just love it. Roy was nice during all the work and I didn't have any problem with him nor with his workers during the work. The workers came to work each day and Roy made sure that the work is being done correctly and good. The work was completed after 2 weeks and Roy came over after the work was done to make sure that I'm happy and he gave me a nice gift too.

Roy from Addition Specialists is a professional and knowledgeable person. We had no hard time to deal with him in regards to our bathroom remodeling. Our initial meeting was very detailed and we explained Roy what are we thinking to do with the bathroom. Roy, than took our requests and put them into a 3D design that showed us how our bathroom will look like. After we agreed about everything, Roy placed an order for all the items that we need to have and shipped them to our house. Roy was able to coordinate the shipping against the work so we noticed that the work is going along with the materials. This project took 2 weeks and Roy was able to finish it. After the work was done, we came across some things that we wanted him to fix. Roy was able to schedule a day at our house and he fixed all the things.

Thank you Roy for the nice paint job that was done by your workers at my house. We appreciate the affords to have a clean work and to move all of our things and cover them so they will not get damaged by the paint. Roy was very nice to us and with a lot of patience and knowledge. He made sure to come over and to check on the progress of the work. The paint that Roy got for us was delivered by the vendor and Roy took care of all of that including all the other materials that the workers needed.

We needed to convert the entertainment room into a full bedroom with walk in closet and full bathroom. We spoke to Anna from the office and she was very nice and polite. She scheduled us a meeting with Roy. He came over to our house on time and saw the room. The estimate included all the documents and permits that needed. His workers came over and start the work. First stage was the demolishing and then do all the framing work. Overall the work took almost 2 weeks and during that time we had no problems with the workers. All of them were nice. They came each day in the morning and worked. Roy, supervised them during the work to avoid mistakes and problems.

Good service with great quality. We hired Addition Specialist in order to do the following remodeling work: 1. Remove a wall that separate my dining room to the kitchen.2. Replace the counter top with a marble one.3. Repair the cabinet in the kitchen where the wall was removed. The work was done by the team of 3 workers. Roy was the person that supervised them and made sure that everything will go according to plan. The counter top was ordered and arrived after a week from the day I ordered the work. This project was completed after 4 days. This included all the patching, painting and installation of the counter top.

Our kitchen came out great! This is thank to Addition Specialist. They did a great work. The whole work was with no problems or any surprises. We worked directly with the supervisor Roy. He also was a good and great guy. He knew everything that was involved with our kitchen. He also, made sure that all the materials will arrive to our house on time and any problem that was, he took care of it. The price for the kitchen was good too. We compared it to other companies that we interviewed before. All the materials were selected by the company direct vendors. Over all - we are happy and we will use them in the future.

We liked the fact that Nir (our Rep) was on top of everything during the work. He is very nice, polite and must have everything as perfect! This things were the things that we liked and made us hire him for our house. The bathroom that we selected was not complicated and included a new shower, ceramic tiles on the floor and walls too, a vanity with 2 sinks and a makeup area. His workers were nice too. they knew what to do and they came to work each day at the time that they told us a day before.it took them a little bit more than 2 weeks to complete it and to have our bathroom working again and with the new look.
Tips & Advices
If there is ever a dispute regarding payment over the course of the project, a contractor or subcontractor could place a payment claim, or lien, on your property. To avoid this, ask the contractor to sign a lien release, which is a legal agreement that states that any payment accepted is final. This can come in handy if a contractor has his or her own payment issues with their subcontractors. Signing a lien release form certifies that any payment made by a client to the contractor is enough to pay for any goods or services rendered.
Absolutely ask. Paying too much up front offers the homeowner minimal leverage if the quality of work does not meet expectations or contractual specifications. Try to establish a reasonable pay schedule, such as paying 10 percent of the total cost for each 10 percent of the work that is completed. Include this payment plan in the contract, as well.
Before any money changes hands, there should be a contract to sign. Make sure the specifics of the work and all costs are listed in the contract, including details. If you forget to have something included in the contract after signing it, there's rarely a chance of recourse.
Ask the contractor for proof of their certification before signing anything, as well as their proof of insurance. You should also check your homeowners insurance policy to see if they offer coverage for contracted work. You may want to call your insurance provider and ask for more details on what your plan will and won't cover.
Yes. Plans for how the work site will be cleaned at the end of each day as well as at the conclusion of work need to be put in writing. An experienced general contractor should make every effort to keep the workspace clean and prevent dirtying or damaging any other area. Even so, talk with the contractor about the daily schedule, the logistics of transporting workers and equipment, and how cleanup will be handled.
