ASK FOR MATT ONLY....I can't speak for anyone elses experience but my own, or for anyone else that works there but for Matt, who sold me my car. I was in one of the bad car accidents on Saturday (September 29th on I5 in Seattle) and totaled my Jag I was restoring. I needed a good running cheap vehicle, not an easy thing to do. Found a 78 Benz listed, no back seat but it was listed for 900.00 and for that much I can pick up a back seat for 50.00. Anyway, the car from the pics looked to be in great condition. Went to go look at it, charged the battery up and took it for a test drive. Negotiated the price down to $700.00 and drove home with it on the 1st of October.The only thing I've had to do with it is get some tires and throw some Lucas fuel injector cleaner in the gas tank (hey, its a 78!) and its running great. Like I said, I can't speak for anyone else works there or has been a customer there, but when I was between a rock and a hard place and needed some help and a car, Matt came through for me. He was friendly and courteous and understanding of my situation. Just ask for Matt and if there's a way he can get you into a car that's right for you, he will.

Best car buying experience I've ever had. They never forced me into anything and made sure that anything that was wrong with the vehicle is fixed before so to me. I've had one thing go wrong since I've purchased a vehicle I brought itin and they fixed it free of charge they went above and beyond the normal customer service. Easy either honest the prices are fair and they're willing to work with you I wasn't pressured at alland after I told him my budget I was never once asked if I would like to purchase a vehicle outside of that price. He honored my wish of finding a vehicle within our price range and did an amazing job and finding me the perfect vehicle. I will be recommending all of my friends to Sunset auto for any future purchase of the vehicle for not only do they have a shop on site I can help with repairs you're dealing with a staff that is there for you and look for you like a friend not a customer.

After a disappointing first purchase, I was contacted by the GSM who offered to help remedy our situation. Dave Gandel went above and beyond to help us out and we ended up with our second purchase from them, a Certified Pre-Owned Kia.We appreciate Dave's constant communication by email and phone, and for researching as much as possible before we went to the dealership in person which saved us a lot of time. Our 2nd purchase ended up being quick and effortless.I would have given 5 stars except for the initial problems we had encountered when I had originally inquired about trading in the first car we had purchased from them.

My experience was so impressive they followed through on everything that they said they would do. 5 star customer service for me! This car dealership is truly different than most, for example Blake the owner and his new GM Wolf! Proved they are willing to go the extra mile to insure quality customer service! I've already bought one vehicle from him before and my experience was through the roof with customer service. Blake is obviously very passionate about his dealership. He will make sure you drive away in car that you can drive without buyers remorse. Go Hawks!

The day before the Hawks won the Super Bowl I bought a 2004 Infiniti G35. They worked with me and made sure I left happy. A year and a half later I'm still happy and just took my cousin down there to buy his 2014 Toyota Camry. It took some time working together in both cases but they got business due to good services rendered. Everyone experiences something different and mine have been nothing but positive.
