    My 4 year old was seen there today for her second dental visit ever due to health problems. She received two crowns and her dentist dr lesley was extremly impatient and beyond unprofessional. Not only did she poke her self w the needle and blew it off she became up set and impatient w my daughter. She did switch the needle but did not flow protocol for a needle stick. Not that my daughter has anything but still raises a red flag as to how many times shes done this. At my daughter's very first appt I informed them of my own dental degree from the past and they didnt seem to like that. Blowing off all my indepth questions and treating me like a paycheck. At the start of the procedure I realized my daughter was NOT numb and said it over and over they refused to stop or let me take my child. I will be filing a complaint w OSHA and the BBB. DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS THERE!!!! The staff is a complete joke. The dentist are no better. Dont settle for this place simply bc you have medicaid. There ARE other offices that take medicaid I found one by simply googling and reading awesome reviews. I truley hope they read the reviews bc they should know how crappy they are!!! Please avoid this place at all cost.

    These people were forcing us to have what we thought were unnecessary procedure to our 3 year old child. When we refused and wanted to have a second opinion. They resorted to harassing phone calls, threatening to call child protective services if we don't go to them.

    After going to a different doctor we found out that our child did not need anything dune.

    If I could give them a negative star I would.

    I am surprised how these people are still in business.

    I have been here once before and even though they wouldn't allow me in the room with my daughter, she seemed to like them so I figured we would go back. I got new insurance (this place seems to cater to those on Medicaid and they know that they are one of the few dentists in the area that accept Medicaid and take full advantage of that) and I know that this insurance will cover her appointment. When it was 20 mins past her scheduled time I asked if there was a problem with the insurance. The woman simply says no and implies that they are about to call my daughter. Another 20 mins and not a word from them. I walked out. I wasted over an hour of my time and my gas to drive across town only to receive rude service and not be seen. The woman didn't even comment when I told her we were leaving. Never again. Now that I have full insurance I have a choice and would never choose them.

    They are horrible. They blame the kids they work on for their mistakes. The other employees were telling a newer employee that they weren't going to help her do my daughters x-rays because they new she could do it. She tried twice and got them wrong (taking them at an obviously bad angle) and said my daughter must have moved. She didn't, I was there the whole time. Third try they had a man come do it, totally diffent angle, got the shot on the first try. It took two hours for them to get their stuff together before the dentist saw my daughter. Then she had the nerve to say my daugther was "squirmy" and they might not even do her fillings at her follow up appointment. For a three year old she was doing great, and one of the employees their did correct the rude dentist and advised her my daughter had been very well behaved until the end of the two hours. I told the dentist my daughter is not "squirmy" and explained I had been their two hours. Her response was I should have made an earlier appointment; as if she thought I had been waiting in the waiting room, when really I was waiting on inept staff. I cannot express what as horrible chop shop of a dentist this felt like. My daughter has a small cavity and they are talking about a crown. I googled them and found they are known for exploiting children and low income families preforming unneeded procedures. Needless to say I am not going back.
