Through continuing education and unsurpassed investment in technology, we are prepared to provide unsurpassed results. Our caring staff and physicians are dedicated to total patient satisfaction. Whether you are seeking general ophthalmic care, cataract surgery with advanced technology intraocular lenses, iLASIK laser vision correction surgery, or Visian ICL surgery, you'll get the results you need and the care you deserve at Nevada Eye Consultants. Nevada Eye Consultant's physicians are experts in the latest technology and procedures including intraocular lenses designed to provide distance and near vision without the use of glasses following cataract surgery. These revolutionary design lenses enhance a cataract patient's ability to see at all distances without glasses or contact lenses. These advanced intraocular lenses utilize a proprietary optic design that will enable you to obtain the quality of vision you enjoyed when you were younger. You will be thrilled when you can focus on objects near, far and all distances in-between. Intraocular multifocal and accommodating lenses have proven to be an excellent treatment option for patients with cataracts and for presbyopia (the inability to see near objects) that often affects patients with cataracts.

Friend had burning, goopy, painful eyes. 4th was a holiday so stuck waiting until today to be seen. Called 1st thing in the morning (by 9am) asking when he could be seen figuring he'd have to be worked in. Told they would have to ask the doc and would get back to him. 2hrs later we go to the office & are told the doc won't be in until after 1:30pm. Setting an appropriate expectation of when the callback would occur at 9am this morning would have been good. But wait it gets better. Going back @ 2pm (still haven't rec'd call) we're told they're slammed with "regular walk-ins" and can't see him & they suggest he go to an urgent care & if necessary the urgent care will refer him over. Thank you Sierra Eye Associates for blowing our entire day-now the line at urgent care is several hours long & they may not have the expertise to treat whatever conjunctivitis issue he has which will result in double fees 1) for the urgent care and then 2) for the ophthalmologist.

Very poor customer service....I have been going to a dr. of that group for more than 15 years. Today she has lost me as a patient. The customer service in this group is very poor; they lied & con people and make promises and then do not care to follow up. I would never recommend anyone go there. I hope my dr. leaves as the professionalism in this place is bad - from the very minute you get there, you are made to wait and wait for your appt. (I had an appt. at 9:30 - my son at 10:00 and they took him before me - I waited over 30 minutes...saw 3 - 4 people - rush, rush ,rush...before seeing the dr. for a 15 min exam that was almost pointless. Technology is not always best. Very bad service. I hope Dr. Ward moves elsewhere - this group & the employees lack of professionalism is going to cost her patients - it has cost her 2.

So I was having vision problems and chose to visit Modern Eyes after watching their video. I am sure glad I did. When I got there I met Renee. She took me through the process. Her knowledge of my situation as well as which glasses were going to be the best for me. She was even able to custom order Ray Ban's with my perscription! I felt completly comfortable during the entire process and not only will I be going back when I need a new set of glasses, I recommend Modern Eyes to everyone.

I have never been happier!!! I had cataract surgery on my second eye yesterday and it was a really comfortable experience. The office experience is pleasant and the wait times are short usually. I would recommend Eye care Professionals as the place to go for your eye care.
