I recently upgraded and purchased a new phone online. I took my new phone into Cricket Wireless as I've done in the past to have the rep transfer my contacts, photos and other important files stored on my old phone. I asked the rep if he could also activate my phone in the process. He said I don't know. He began the process of transfering my photos and transfered my contacts as well. Since I had over 200 photos stored on my phone, he then explained how to transfer the rest of my photos at home myself. I left the store and didn't realize that he should have helped me transfer my important files and data as well. Very unprofessional. Non helpful at the least. I felt more confused leaving there then when I left there... don't ever go there... cause I wont...

All work on commission, so they push every possible item on you.Bought 2 new iPhone 6s;told how to transfer data from old phone.Didn't work so went back and was given written directions.Should have been given that initially.Said that my husband wouldn't activate his phone until the following week;they turned off his old phone anyway without our knowledge and without the proper instructions to transfer data.He was away from home, needed to reach me and others and couldn't.Went back to return items that were extremely expensive compared to what I could get elsewhere;was told I was 11th in line and needed to wait my turn.I explained that it is really difficult for me to get out and that I just wanted to make a return.Another gentleman was standing at the counter also,wanting to buy a screen protector.They would not wait on him until all 12 people ahead of him were taken care of.He would have been there 1-2 hrs. to buy 1 item.He left, disgusted. More to story but am out of space here.

I should start by saying, I've always held a deep appreciation for this retailer, even when Verizon stores were in the area. The service has always been friendly, though I know phone issues can sometimes take awhile to resolve and usually require patience. However today we had a TERRIBLE experience. We waited for about an hour without being welcomed into the store or any acknowledgement of our presence what so ever. The older gentlemen she was helping was polite and offered his time later to complete his service she assured him it was okay, again without paying notice to us (this was after thirty minutes of standing). A younger woman came in with a three month old in a car seat, she was not greeted either. I could only stand ten more minutes and then we left politely without saying anything and were disregarded as if we had never existed in the first place.

I spent hours with these guys at costco just trying to buy two new iPhone's. They made an easy process absolutely painful. They blamed eachother saying the other person didn't know what they were doing and over promised and said things they shouldn't have just to appease me. After hours and hours of going round and round I wanted to pull my hair out. I would rather have my teeth pulled then to ever have to deal with these people again. They have no idea what they are doing and tell you lies so you just buy and go away. They don't follow through and will give you the run around so you're just too exhausted to complain. Do yourself a favor by running by their booth at the Reno costco.
