We had the best experience at this store. If you have any questions Kyle is the man. He just started but you wouldn’t know it by the knowledge he had. He was very polite and didn’t hover over us, and just made sure we absolutely loved our new living room set before we made our purchase.

I had a very bad experience at this place. I feel they have super shady business practices and could care less about customer service. Awful service, awful products..I don't recommend this place.

I went to the store after seeing a sofa that was purchased by a friend for a good price. We found a sofa that we liked and purchased it. We were told at the time of the purchase, by the saleswoman named Elane, that if we wanted to return the sofa the owners would refund our money, even though their policy is STORE CREDIT ONLY on returns. After arriving home we found the sofa for over $150 less on Ashley's website, and canceled the order in less than 24 hours. I contacted Furniture discounters and asked them to return my payment. They then told me the owner is the only person who can return a payment. After calling and waiting for over a week, I finally called and said I needed something done today. The "manager" said that they would need to charge 15% to restock. Restock? They never delivered anything. The furniture was already in stock in their onsite warehouse! These people are nice to you when you're in the store, but don't try to return anything, they will try to rob you. Elena and the manger both told me I was lying when I mentioned that Elena said we could return the product and receive our money back. If you do decide to go to these crooks, check online pricing before you buy. We got the same sofa for $270 less on Ashley's website if you include the free delivery. But, if you're interested in an informed opinion, DO NOT buy from these sleazy con-artists.

I have been to this location multiple times and have nothing but the best experience possible. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and they worked very well within my budget to make sure I was able to get everything that I wanted/needed without having the typical "sales" person attitude. I have always worked with Heather and she is nothing less than incredible. I will continue going back time and time again because of the level of service they provide!!!

Greedy I went in to purchase furniture was told I was getting a good deal! I bought one peice and put another on lay a way After going home I realized the second peice would not fit I the are, cancelled the layaway. I then get a call from Chuck basically telling me I will loose my layaway, it was canceled then I get told I would loose my $$ if I don't use it before the end of the year. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? We then went. to the store to spend the $ and be done with them. They gave me. Big run around. Threatened to call the police on us because I was to loud. Then informed me they have called the police on others and they would do it again. I told them go ahead I have a voice that carries. At the same time I remind them of a problem with the couch I had. After 5 + calls this is still not resolved. The management is greedy the customer service is horrible. Manners none existent disrespectful being called "lady" just down right rude. If you are spending $$ all is good. Complain and you are treated like trash and Are no longer important. I would never ever tell anyone to go here for anything. Go back to where you came from, where perhaps this is acceptable treatment to a paying customer

Worst Walmart in Reno. The customer service personnel are incompetent and cannot even read their own policy. Also the CO Manager Jeff is just as incompetent and should not even be employed in a customer service position. I had a back surgery a few months ago and recently purchased an air mattress from them, I was unable to use it as it was not comfortable enough for me to sleep on. Walmart's posted policy is a 15 day return with receipt. I tried to return it on day 10 and the customer service people would not return it, they called for an assistant store manager. After waiting for 30 minutes and a manager still had not come up I called the corporate number for Walmart and they contacted the CO Manager Jeff. He finally came up to customer service and said he wasn't going to return the air mattress. I called the corporate number again and at this time Jeff offered to exchange it. I asked him why would I exchange it when I cannot use it. I was within their own written policy and they would not abide by it. I then asked for the store managers information and I was told by Jeff to leave the store because he did not like the way I was talking to him. So I once again called the corporate number to file a complaint against the CO Manager Jeff and to get into contact with the store manager and the district manager.This has been the absolute worst experience at any Walmart EVER!. Walmart isn't known for very good customer service but this store is the worst. I will never again go shopping at this Walmart and I would recommend anyone else not to shop at this store again.

Horrible products!!! Horrible customer service!!! We bought a 3 PC sectional and had it delivered in January...all 3 PC need repair!!! The wedge seams came open and the sewed it together from the outside with BLACK thread...it's a brown sectional!!! The cushions are breaking down and they said that's why I have a free 3 yr replacement of them!!!
