I was sent to Chris by my orthopedic for a damage Achilles tendon that was a borderline surgery candidate. I was told ""Do PT for 4-6 weeks and if it’s not getting better, we'll look at surgical options.""
I had suffered with this for almost 5 months doing the usual stretching and strengthening with no change.
Chris was impressive. I've worked with other PTs over the years for various issues, but his depth of knowledge and experience was clear from the start. He was clear you can push too hard and not heal, and likewise, not push things hard enough and get super slow results.
Been seeing Chris for 4 weeks and things are totally improved. He carefully adjusted the therapy each session to get the optimal results.
Can't recommend him enough.
I'm somewhat accident prone and have had to go to physical therapy for a variety of injuries over the years. I trust Advantage PT completely. They have excellent equipment and a professional staff who are always quick to get me back into shape. I've been to a few PT locations in the area (including the Pro Club), but I like the people at Advantage PT more - they are much more personable and provide a great place to rehab.
They're also flexible and if I ever need to reschedule or adjust anything, they do their best to accommodate me. If you're in need of PT, this is a great place to go. Also very convenient.
PT is not something you want to do, but it's something we all need to do every now and then. Advantage PT is an excellent option when you need it. The staff is friendly and helpful, the location is convenient, and facility is well equipped.
My particular PT (Rachel Stoner) is one of the best, I've seen her several times and she's always been able to help me not only feel better, but get stronger so that I can avoid the problems in the future.
Do your self a favor, if you need PT go see them at Advantage PT in Redmond.
