Blvd. Body Shop
They did a great job and kept me informed of the process so that I understand. Sometimes you don't get enough info from the insurance or whoever to make appropriate decisions, they made me aware of that. Thank you!!

Pro Trans
Lies and unkept promises. They had my car for three weeks --- far longer than they said they would need. They did not do the work they said they would do, then tried to overcharge me for what they did. When I did not allow them to overcharge me for their slow, poor work, the owner became vicious and threatening.

Its a great place to take your car. Every time I brought my car to them , they fixed it. No matter what it takes.

Advanced Automotive
Been taking my cars to Advanced Automotive since my last mechanic told me he didn't work on motorhomes six years ago. Since then I've had lubes, timing belts, diagnosis, oil leaks, and a full-on engine rebuild. These guys are fantastic.

D and H Automotive
I have been going to D & H Automotive for over 8 years now. I have had fantastic results every time. When a part has gone bad under warranty they have always replaced it in a timely fashion. It has been due to their fair prices, fast service and honesty that I have referred over 10 other clients and family to them. Each of them have always had the same experience as I have and never a complaint. Both my friends and I will always continue to do business with D & H Automotive for years to come. Thank You for your service,Daniel Torquato

Fearless 4 Wheel Drive
I had air bags put in and a snugtop camper shell. I am going back in for a 2nd air bag meter, in less than 2 years. I would expect at the price they charged for the air bag system that the meter and airbag system would last. AND the snugtop fell off because the camper fasteners are faulty. Fearless doesn't seem interested in protecting my $2000 investment in the snugtop. They are willing to replace the meter, but the meter quality is either really bad or there is something else wrong. I live 3 hours away so this has been an expensive inconvience.

Just want to say Mike is awesome! I have purchased many cars from this dealer but Mike was a whole new experience for us. He went above and beyond what I asked for! I might add at his own expense. He did what he said he would do and quickly.I couldn't have asked for a better salesmen

Tips & Advices
Some dealers accept returns if the component is returned with the original invoice. Some dealers might charge a re-stocking fee for returns. Others may not accept returns at all. It's common for dealers to not accept returns on electrical parts. Customers should ask about return policies before purchasing.
A salvage yard might test used car parts before selling them, but customers should ask whether tests have been performed on the part or not. All parts, especially electrical components, should be tested prior to purchase. Most salvage yards and auto repair shops should have a 12-volt battery to test electrical parts.
Sometimes it is worth buying used car parts. If the part is in good condition, a car owner could save money by buying the used part. However, if the part is something that's unsafe to purchase used, like brake parts or air bags, or if the part is too deteriorated to be safe, it's worth the cost to buy new.
Junkyards are businesses where people can shop for used car parts. Other names for these businesses include salvage yards and automotive recyclers. Auto repair shops might also sell used car parts.
Yes, most used car part dealers sell to the general public. However, just like with any car parts purchase, buyers should look into the dealer’s warranty policy and might want to price shop at several places.
