Lithia Chevrolet of Redding
Horrible no good crooks. They sold me a truck told me that the truck has no known problem to find out later their were many problems that they knew about and refused to fix. I work a a berry busy chevron in cottonwood and one of my customers told me he was a Lithia Toyota and was going to buy the same truck until the sales man at Toyota told him "he did not want to buy that truck because their was something wrong with the front end. My customer told me about this before I even mentioned anything wrong with the truck. And know I'm stuck having to replace the front differential, b as axles, cv joins and boots, hubs, super and lower ball joints, and the shifting modulator also had to have the trucks wireing replaced because it cought fire on some aftermarket wireing had done. Oh a not to for get to mention when I brought it to them to ask them to fix it the keept my truck for 3 days before they told me no they won't fix unless I pay for it and I only had the truck for two weeks told me I did all that damage even though I have only driven it to work and back. Ok now this is the best part when I drove it off the lot I had my 3 year old son in the truck and on our way home I felt it start to shake like the tire was loose so I pull into jiffy lube were I use to work and hav ed them check my tires well every single lug nut in the truck could be taken of with your fingers and the nuts have a special key you need to tighten them so let let my 3 year old son get in a vehicle that was a death trap and said nothing. As I said low down dirty crooks if you want to go to Lithia don't go to Chevy go to Toyota.

NorCal Transmissions
Brought my Chevy S10 limping barely limping in for a transmission replacement. Was told a rebuilding may be more likely and around $1500.-$1800.so I said do it (cheaper than finding and buying another hard to find 4 cyl extended cab). Received call this A.M. truck ready, no transmission rebuilding needed as previous owner had installed wrong size filter which had fallen off. Full transmission service with parts $140.00! Honest and honorable shop. You can trust these people. This could have been so ugly. Norcal Transmissions are true professionals.

Just want to say Mike is awesome! I have purchased many cars from this dealer but Mike was a whole new experience for us. He went above and beyond what I asked for! I might add at his own expense. He did what he said he would do and quickly.I couldn't have asked for a better salesmen

Park Marina Motors
Formerly Budget Auto, Park Marina Motors is now bigger and better! The lot now has the inventory that they used to have in two locations and then some. But with everything in one place it gives the salesmen a real opportunity to spend quality time with you helping you to find the right car for you! Everyone is so nice and full of smiles! Love the atmosphere! Never felt pressured to buy!

Don't ever give these folks your business. You'll be sorry that you did. I have never met with such high pressure sales tactics as this group perpetrated upon me and my wife. When they found out we weren't buying, one in particular salesman became so rude and harassing I filed a complaint withe the BBB. GO ANY WHERE BUT LITHIA IN REDDING!
Tips & Advices
Depending on the part and its overall quality, a good amount of money can be saved by purchasing aftermarket parts versus OEM parts. But aftermarket parts that are low in price might also be lower in quality and could do more harm than good to your car, or they may need to be replaced more frequently than a more expensive counterpart. This could lead to saving some money in the short term, but spending more than anticipated in the long term.
The type of tires being purchased is the most significant determinant of their price. SUV tires are more costly than average car tires. And high-performance tires are more costly than economy grade tires. On average, standard tires for an average-sized vehicle are around $100 per tire. Standard tires for an SUV are around $150 and pick-up truck tires are about $200 on average. Some dealers offer discounts if purchasing more than one tire.
Car inspections typically take about an hour. However the wait time can be longer depending on how busy the shop is. Call ahead for an appointment to avoid long wait times.
Depending on the manufacturer, certain aftermarket parts can be just as reliable as Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. But one item within a vehicle, like oil filters for instance, could have multiple manufacturers and there could be inconsistencies in quality among them.
Costs of replacing a windshield can vary greatly depending on a variety of factors:
  • Vehicle make and model
  • How much of the cost insurance will cover
  • Whether the windshield installers come to your location or you bring the vehicle to them
  • Standard service costs of the windshield installers
Generally, newer and higher-end vehicles cost more to have their windshields replaced because certain manufacturers use modified or proprietary glass types.
