Do not recommend. Really disappointing first/last experience. I went to Justin for an honest opinion/estimate to have work done on my engagement ring. Without telling him my budget, he quoted the work and I ultimately decided to move forward based on price. Upon dropping my ring off to have the work done (and giving an 80% cash deposit), he completely forgot what we had originally discussed that I needed to remind him of the design/price he quoted. He also didn't remember the ring was platinum and said it was going to cost "quite a bit more." When I picked up the ring, I learned the work was not performed by Justin himself, it was sent to someone I had never met/spoke to. The work was very poorly done and was permanently soldered to my ring and is not removable unless remaking the ring altogether. Justin admitted they rushed to get it done (even though it was 1 week past what he quoted) and offered to re-do the work. Instead, I requested a partial or full refund and he refused.

I brought a beautiful large diamond in to consider selling on consignment. The owner wanted 40%. He then told me he needed to reset the diamonds because he didn't like the band for another $500. Lastly he told me to get out of his store for questioning him because I felt that was a lot. Luckily i took it to another local jeweler and put it on consignment and they only took 20% and sold it as a loose diamond hours later for 7k. Thanks for kicking me out.

Wm H. Diller Jeweler
Terrible Service They sold us a ring which took a couple weeks to complete. Once it was done, they charged us $200 more because the price of gold went up since selling it. They were very rude. Would not recommend, however store nearby called London Blue will have my buisness. They are much nicer than Dillers.
